WHY SHOULD  YOU KEEP SHARING YOUR MESSAGES?

THIS IS A REPUBLISHED POST! I SEEK NOT PERSONAL RECOGNITION, NOR ANY PRAISE! THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS ONCE AGAIN REMINDED ME OF THE LOVE YESHUA HAS PLACED IN MY HEART AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME NOT TO SHARE IT! I AM BRINGING THIS VERSE FORWARD TO REMIND ALL I AM MERELY OUR LORD’S MESSENGER!

Luke 10:16
[16]He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION!

Matthew 13:15 KJV
For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

OBSERVATION!

I place brfore you, “Today the Holy Spirit,” revealed this thought because our Lord has filled my heart with His Love! He called on me to discern and note how these verses support that love Psalms 91:7-9
[7]A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
[8]Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
[9]Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

As I pondered these verses I was asking who are they whom I would see fall and why?

“When death rides in triumph, and diseases rage, so that thousands and tens of thousands fall,  by sickness, or fall by the sword in battle, or fall at thy side, at thy right hand, and the sight of their fall is enough to frighten you.

And if they fall by the pestilence, their falling, so near you, may be likely to infect you, yet it shall not come near you, the death shall not, the fear of death shall not!”

Those who preserve their purity in times of general corruption may trust God with their safety in times of general desolation.

When multitudes die around us, we must be awakened to prepare for our temple’s demise, yet we must not be afraid with any amazement, nor make ourselves subject to bondage, as many do all their lifetime, through fear of death, Hebrews 2:15.

The sprinkling of blood secured the firstborn of Israel when thousands fell. Nay, it is promised to God’s people that they shall have the satisfaction of seeing, not only God’s promises fulfilled to them, but his threatenings fulfilled upon those that hate them.

Here my pondering brought this truth before me, if I profess to walk in the image of our Lord then “not that I am the Lord” but in his image I can apply these following verses by sharing my knowledge of the light of life which has afforded me the gift of eternal life and the Lord’s protection.

Hebrews 2:17-18
[17]Wherefore in all things it behooved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things about God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
[18]For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

In answer to the question, I  ponder this question! Self, do I, whom our Lord has blessed with this knowledge, having been brought forward from the scourge of death?

Which the multitudes before me are suffering in, do I then say nothing, or do I present, there is a doorway out of their plight?

Do I share that love placed in my heart as the light of life (salvation), bring forth answers of hope, love, compassion, and a comforting that this love is sufficient as their shield and buckler? Matthew 13:15 KJV
For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

It is our Lord’s command to go forth and share what we have been blessed with!

Matthew 5:15 KJV
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

COMMENTARY OFFERED BY MATTHEW HENRY (16621714).

Matthew 5:16 KJV
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Salt was required in all the sacrifices (Leviticus 2:13), in Ezekiel’s mystical temple, Ezekiel 43:24.

Now Christ’s disciples having learned the doctrine of the gospel, and being employed to teach it to others, were as salt.

Note, Christians, and especially ministers, are the salt of the earth

If they be as they should be they are as good salt, white, and small, and broken into many grains, but very useful and necessary.

Pliny says, Sine sale, vita humana non potest degere–Without salt human life cannot be sustained.

What they are to be in themselves, seasoned with the gospel, with the salt of grace thoughts and affections, words and actions, all seasoned with grace, Colossians 4:6.

Have salt in yourselves, or else you cannot diffuse it among others, Mark 9:50

What they are to be to others they must not only be good, but do good, must insinuate themselves into the minds of the people, not to serve any secular interest of their own, but that they might transform them into the taste and relish of the gospel.

What great blessings they are to the world. Mankind, lying in ignorance and wickedness, were a vast heap of unsavoury stuff, ready to putrefy but Christ sent forth his disciples, by their lives and doctrines, to season it with knowledge and grace, and so to render it acceptable to God, to the angels, and to all that relish divine things.

OBSERVATION!

If you, who should season others, are yourselves unsavory, void of spiritual life, relish, and vigor if a Christian be so, especially if a minister be so, his condition is very sad.

(1) For, he is irrecoverable: Wherewith shall it be salted? Salt is a remedy for unsavory meat, but there is no remedy for unsavory salt.

Christianity will give a man a relish but if a man will take up and continue the profession of it, and yet remain flat and foolish, and graceless and insipid, no other doctrine, no other means, can be applied, to make him savoury. If Christianity does not do it, nothing will

(2) He is unprofitable: It becomes  good for nothing. What use can it be put to, in which it will not do more hurt than good?

A man without reason, so is a Christian without grace. A wicked man is the worst of creatures a wicked Christian is the worst of men, and a wicked minister is the worst of Christians.

I believe the following commentary could apply to those attempting to walk with two masters!

COMMENTARY OFFERED BY MATTHEW HENRY (16621714).

They are doomed to ruin and rejection they shall be cast out and expelled from the church and the communion of the faithful, to which they are a blot and a burden and they shall be trodden under foot of men.

Let God be glorified in the shame and rejection of those by whom he has been reproached and who have made themselves fit for nothing but to be trampled upon.

OBSERVATION!

All Christians are light in the Lord (Ephesians 5:8) and must shine as lights (Philippians 2:15), but ministers in a special manner.

Christ call himself the Light of the world (John 8:12), and they are workers together with him and have some of his honour put upon them.

Truly the light is sweet, it is welcome, the light of the first day of the world was so, when it shone out of darkness so is the morning light of every day, so is the gospel, and those that spread it, to all sensible people.

The world sat in darkness, Christ raised up his disciples to shine in it, and that they may do so, from him they borrow and derive their light.

John 8:12
[12]Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa. And all of God’s children say Amen and Amen in the name of Jehovah Jireh our provider of all things righteous and Holy!
