TRUMPETER'S CALL

OPENING COMMENT’s by Robert, Today I placed my foot in Yeshua’s second footprint and what I was shown brought me to complete humility. The Holy Spirit revealed why Yahweh was calling us out of the worldly churches and their delusional walk.

What became apparent was the Worldly churches have some knowledge of Scripture and some knowledge of Yeshua’s walk but really have no real understanding of the love and compassion Yahweh has for His children.

What is being passed to parishioners has no real depth to it, no reasoning, no solid content which brought me to fully understand why I loved Yeshua as deeply as I have. My thinking brought me to know what Spiros Zodhiates, Th.D. related “how by looking at nature, one can observe God is all-powerful, but creation does not necessarily reveal that He is an all-loving God of righteousness and justice.

There is only so much of God one can know from God’s creation. However, to know the essence of God as a triune Deity one needs to receive His revelation by faith”.

Reality set in ” I didn’t clearly understand what my walk was about nor did I fully understand what work Yahweh was performing in me through His Son Yeshua and the Holy Spirit.”

Here I am doing the audit Yahweh called me to do I’m revealing myself and the things in my walk which are out of line and the Holy Spirit revealed I really don’t know as much as I believe I do.

What became apparent Yahweh called us out to measure our walk, and through Yeshua and the Holy Spirit learn what we don’t understand and teach us how to gain what we are missing in our steps to fully appreciate the depth of Yahweh’s love.

We are being brought to a point individually where each of us is going to realize just how much we don’t know about God’s love and how far we need to go to actually draw closer to Him in that love. In other words, we have just been gently [Spiritually] chastised by Yahweh and shown how important we are in God’s eyes.

Is it possible complacency has drawn us to be blinded to what we actually have fallen into as a walk with Yeshua? Have we become so famous in our own minds we like the Israelites who were lead out of Egypt have been subjected to doing what is right in our own minds?
REMEMBER THAT THOU WAS A SERVANT, AND GOD BROUGHT THEE OUT, Deuteronomy 5:15

“Wow,” newly found spiritual freedom with a flood of feelings as well a mental rush to recognize and accept, that in my previous walk it was not realized I was a servant to Evil.

My last journey was leading me away from walking in God’s Laws and Covenants. Like the Israelites who through, their Exodus, were, freed from Service to Egypt as slaves, and we have just experienced a similar Exodus, however as unknowing captives to an evil ideology.

Just think what must have gone through their minds when they first left Egypt leaving everything they saw as comfort to follow Moses through the wilderness Exodus 13:18.

So in comparison, we have chosen to leave all we perceived as comfortable to go forward into a form of spiritual wilderness which is allowing us to search our walk, commitment, faith, find and improve our walk and relationship with God.

Now here is where the similarity comes into play to recognize God brought the Israelites through the wilderness to rid them of generations who were worshippers of Baal, Moab, Aphrodite and other pagan beliefs taken up during their period of slavery. I am not suggesting Yahweh will do that with us. However, I am suggesting by having us go through a spiritual form of wilderness while standing in Yeshua’s footprint. Will reveal our shortcomings and assist in ridding them from our walk through allowing us to discover the depth of God’s love while drawing us closer to Yeshua, the Holy Spirit and through their teachings draw deeper into Yahweh’s Love.

Matthew Henry’s comments about Exodus 14 where he explains how God protected the Israelites as they prepared to cross the Red Sea reveals the knowledge we must have to never doubt God’s presence and protection. “The angel of God, whose ministry was made use of in the pillar of cloud and fire, went from before the camp of Israel. Where they did not now need a guide (there was no danger of missing their way through the sea, nor needed they any other word of command than to go forward), and it came behind them where now they needed a guard.“

Through this commentary, I recognized God was placing Yeshua and the Holy Spirit before us like the pillar to guide, protect and teach, showing it is our responsibility like the Israelites to continue moving forward spiritually to gain the rewards promised through God’s laws.
Now being reassured that moving forward is important the Israelites knew they had promised Land and covenants from God so going forward would be easy. I’m looking at my next step forward what is it going to be? Where is it going to lead me?

The big question “What did God mean to follow my Laws”? Of course what comes to mind is the Ten Commandments, and in that, I further question because we walk under Salvation, not the Law.

Not so quick Yeshua from the Sermon on the Mount explains in Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the Law or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. v18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Law, till all be fulfilled.

In looking for further understanding, I am drawing from Matthew Henry commentary which explains v17 and v18 “Let not the pious Jews, who have an affection for the Law and the prophets, fear that I come to destroy them.” The Saviour of souls is the destroyer of nothing but the works of the devil, of nothing that comes from God, much less of those excellent dictates which we have from Moses and the prophets. No, he came to fulfill them. That is, [1] to obey the commandments of the law, for he was made under the law. Galatians 4:4 But when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, made of woman, made under the law,
It is becoming clearer what God is saying when he calls for us to follow His rules. S Bishop Tillotson comments “he did not make void, but make right, the ceremonial law, and manifested himself to be the Substance of all those shadows. To fill up the defects of it, and so to complete and perfect it.”

Of course, I’m going to hear I know all this stuff why are you reviewing this in such detail? So to answer accurately like the Israelites who God took through the wilderness for 40 years to remove those who continued to follow Baal, Moab, and other false religions.

God has asked us to remove ourselves from false teachings He’s not going to take us through 40 yrs of cleansing but is giving us a chance to seriously look at our walk and return to Him. Some will attempt to walk in both camps because they believe they know better and can do what they think is right.

My reminder if you follow God then follow God if you follow Baal then follow Baal there is no middle ground it’s one or the other.
Here is where the Holy Spirit is working overtime reminding me how much I don’t understand and is desiring for me to begin listening.

He leads me to Deuteronomy 12:3-4 In the commentaries Matthew Henry reveals V.3: “And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of place. V.4: Ye shall not do so unto the LORD your God.”

Further, in his comments Matthew Henry states which I believe is very important and possibly would be missed by many “To prevent a revolt to false gods, we are forbidden to worship the true God in such a manner as the false gods were worshiped in .”

The Holy Spirit placed the first commandment on my heart now when I read Matthew Henry’s comments not to worship God in the same manner as we did in the Worldly Churches.

It appeared difficult as the Worldly Churches even though in error have adopted similar characteristics as a spirit-filled church. However, I recognize the Worldly Church is missing the love God puts in His laws because the “Holy Spirit” is not there to teach about that love and the followers in those churches will not receive God’s promises or the covenants.

The Worldly Church sees God’s laws as guidelines to perform within. Whereas the Holy Spirit filled church sees God’s Law as a way to recognize and understand the depth of His laws and the promises they bring if followed.

What comes to mind is expressed through this prayer in Luke 11:2-4 And he said unto them. When ye pray, say. Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

I am sure we all recognize the commitment God has for us and also, the love which supports that commitment. Which if we understand, accept and walk in will expand that love to those who pass through our lives.

God is demonstrating through the prayer, how He is sharing that love through His forgiveness of our sins. But how for us as well to share that love by asking for forgiveness for others we spread His Love even further.

It is in these actions of caring gentleness and compassion God’s Love is deepened. Through God’s love, His children are being provided for daily which demonstrates how we might through sharing God’s love do the same for those who surround us daily by showing compassion and praying for their spiritual and physical needs.

We should recognize there is a hedge of protection around us always keeping us safe through His love which brings us knowledge and draws us out of those moments of temptation to be a brat.

We all have that “when nobody is looking moment” and need God’s love to overcome those temptations due to knowing God is watching because He does love us. Now, I understand why “Thou shalt have none other Gods before me.” God wants to pour his love into me into my spirit, soul and whole being so I might be a beacon for others to see how much love God has for them.

CLOSING COMMENTS By Robert The First Commandment now makes a whole lot more sense, I don’t see it as just a directive to worship God and only God and no other God. Yes, that is what He is commanding, however, I now have a different perspective and understanding of what I believe my Father in heaven really wants from all as His beloved children.

In desiring to have all His children saved and unsaved given an opportunity to receive His love. I feel the Holy Spirit placed this piece of inspiration on my heart some three years ago which I shared but never fully understood what it represented till now, It’s Titled

“RECEIVING GODS LOVE.”

People pass through our lives their life crosses over around and finally through. We know them as friends, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, daughters, sons, wives, husbands, acquaintances or just someone we casually meet each fills a small detail leaving a mark or memory.

Through their appearance, they were small pieces of Love, Joy, Fulfillment, a Question or Answer, a Statement or just a Word. Which stays with us as a part of our lives needed to complete our life’s’ journey sharing those little parts of ourselves as God’s messenger crossing through others lives in order to share those parts, meant for them through God’s Love.

I have always maintained that no one enters our lives by chance. I firmly believe all are lead into it for a purpose which we are not aware of and may never find. But what we have gained from God to share with them will be there, and they will receive it whether it’s something we say or do it will be passed on.

This writing has passed through your life, and a small part of it will remain to nurture answer or fulfill some of your needs as Gods Love. THOU SHALT HAVE NONE OTHER GODS BEFORE ME. Why would I want to have any other God before me My heart is filled with God’s Love? I have His promises and covenants to receive if I stay in His Love and obey Him as my Father who is Loving and Chaste

Peter: And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison and to death. And he said: I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me. (Luke 22:34).

PRE-AMBLE by Robert

Here we have the most dedicated of the Apostles saying he will follow the Lord without a doubt. However, Yeshua looks within Peter’s heart and informs him there will be three denials before the cock crows the next morning. The questions the Holy Spirit is showing to ask goes as follows: How deep do you believe your commitment to Yeshua runs in you? How well do you know Yeshua personally? How close is your walk to the spoken commitment? Which of the ten maidens with oil are you? It’s easy to proclaim, however when the chips are down where will you be? Remember you’re up against who was considered the best (Peter) whose stated commitment was measured and fell short.

I was sent this video which I firmly believe reveals the state of our modern day churches, undoubtedly not Yeshua’s Assemblies (In case you’re wondering historians verify there were no churches the early followers were known as Believers and gathered in Assemblies). I believe it personifies the Three Denials being issued by those in the Worldly Churches following their god of love. 

The caption which accompanied this video “Now I realize why we need to search out scriptures for ourselves. I never could understand and get why until I saw this video experiment.” Randy P. I wonder how many others might confess this hole in their walk.

Heavenly Father in humility we come before your throne, asking for you to search our hearts and reveal the true state of our journey. The true position, we hold with Yeshua within our personal relationship. Bring our weaknesses forward to be identified, show us our vulnerabilities to temptations, fill us with humility so we might accept your findings. Bring forward the depth of our Integrity and wisdom of our determination in demonstrating ourselves as humble, meek, servants committed to your service. Bring into our lives the secrets of heaven, that we might be emboldened to serve with all of our hearts, our minds, and most of all our Spirit and Soul. This we pray in your name Yeshua, Amen and Amen. 

OPENING STATEMENT by Robert

 “Ye are they which justify yourselves before men, but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God. (Luke” 16:15) So, where do you fit in this declaration by our Lord? There it is in plain English God knows your heart and so do you. Now, the previous article “THE SACRIFICE” Published July 25, 2018, becomes even clearer, the role our sacrifices play in our current walk. The article “TRUTH WILL BE EVIL, LIES WILL BE TRUTH,” Published June 14, 2018, revealed there were two options to choose from who it is we will follow if it’s God then follow Him. If it’s Baal, then follow him. It clearly showed there was no middle there is no room for complacency or altering the commitment to make it easier to be a part of. Once your choice is made if with God, then be the best at it, if with Baal then be in fear of what your choice will determine your just rewards will bear as fruit in the end.

Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) commentary on Luke 16:15. “The true riches signify spiritual blessings; and if a man spends upon himself, or hoards up what God has trusted to him, as to outward things, what evidence can he have, that he is an heir of God through Yeshua? The riches of this world are deceitful and uncertain. Let us be convinced that those are truly rich, and very rich, who are rich in faith, and rich toward God, rich in Christ, in the promises; let us then lay up our treasure in heaven, and expect our portion from thence.“

“Our Lord added a solemn warning,” Ye cannot serve God and the world, so divided are the two interests. When our Lord spoke thus, the covetous Pharisees treated his instructions with contempt. But he warned them, that what they contended for as the law, was a wresting of its meaning: this our Lord showed in a case respecting divorce. There are many covetous sticklers for the forms of godliness, who are the bitterest enemies to its power and try to set others against the truth. 

The design of Yeshua in giving himself for us, is, that he may purchase to himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works; and true belief is the most durable bond of friendship. Here are earnest exhortations to several Believers duties, especially contentment. The sin opposed to this grace and commitment is covetousness, an over-eager desire for the wealth of this world, with envy of those who have more than ourselves. 

Having treasures in heaven, we may be content with mean things here. Those who cannot be so, would not be content though God raised their condition. Adam was in paradise, yet not contented; some angels in heaven were not contented; but the apostle Paul, though abased and empty, had learned in every state, in any state, to be content. Believers have reason to be contented with their present lot. This promise contains the sum and substance of all the promises; “I will never, no, never leave thee, no, never forsake thee.” 

The professed love of Believers to each other should be sincere, free from deceit, and insignificant and deceitful compliments. Depending on Divine grace, they must detest and dread all evil, and love and delight in whatever is kind and useful. We must not only do that which is good, but we must cleave to it. All our duty towards one another is summed up in one word, love. This denotes the love of parents to their children; which is more tender and natural than any other; unforced, unconstrained. And love to God and man, with zeal for the gospel, will make the wise Believer diligent in all his worldly business, and in gaining superior skill. God must be served with the spirit, under the influences of the Holy Spirit. He is honored by our hope and trust in him, especially when we rejoice in that hope. 

The last verse suggests what is not easily understood by the world; that in all strife and contention, “Those who seek revenge, are conquered, and those who choose to forgive are conquerors.” Be not overcome of evil. Learn to defeat ill designs against you, either to change them or to preserve your own peace. He that has this rule over his spirit is better than the mighty. God’s children may be asked whether it is not sweeter to them than all earthly good, that God so enables them by his Spirit, thus to feel and act. 

Believers must avoid a useless expense, and be careful not to contract any debts they have not the power to discharge. They are also to stand aloof from all venturesome speculations and rash engagements, and whatever may expose them to the danger of not rendering to all their due. Do not keep in any one’s debt. Give every one his own. Do not spend that on yourselves, which you owe to others. But many who are very sensible of the trouble, think little of the sin, of being in debt. Love to others includes all the duties of the second table. The last five of the ten commandments are all summed up in this royal law, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself; with the same sincerity that thou lovest thyself, though not in the same measure and degree. He that loves his neighbor as himself will desire the welfare of his neighbor. On this is built that golden rule, of doing as we would be done by. Love is a living, active principle of obedience to the whole law. Let us not only avoid injuries to the persons, connections, property, and characters of men; but do no kind or degree of evil to any man, and study to be useful in every station of life.

CLOSING COMMENTS by Robert

Throughout this article, we are shown the two sides of our walk and commitment, what is revealed are the different situations by which we unwittingly deny Yeshua. The second side is like Peter, our commitment is known to Yeshua measured and noted. Even though Peter denied knowing Yeshua three times he was continually blessed with wisdom discernment and the courage to demonstrate his love and devotion to Yeshua and demonstrated his relationship, he never fell short in his commitment. Through Peter’s demonstration, we are able to recognize the compassion our Father has for us as well determination we will see His light and forgiveness.

This does not give us permission to sin or fall away from truth and our journey learning how to share God’s saving grace. Our aim must be like Paul, who learned to be content in every state, in any state, to be content. Yeshua offers us the ultimate promise “I will never, no, never leave thee, no, never forsake thee.” What more can we ask for, as in this realm we have Yeshua’s precious gift of His presence assured? This article reveals there are many pitfalls we will encounter which represent our denials of Yeshua. But we now know who it is picking us up and dusting us off and reassuring us there is a special victory waiting for us at the end of this journey.

Heavenly Father, thank you for your steadfastness in maintaining your promise of being with us to the end. Thank you, Lord, for reaching down through the Holy Spirit to lift us when we are downed by the enemy. Thank you for advancing our understanding of our journey that it allows us to shine your light on this world. We honor those heavenly gifts shared with us and the instruction from the Holy Spirit on how to use them. We thank you, Lord, for the knowledge to recognize who and what our enemy attempting to achieve. This we pray in Yeshua’s name Amen and Amen.

Remember these articles are just messages of a humble, obedient Servant called to be a Watchman sounding the Trumpet to make the flock aware. God’s blessings to those who hear the Trumpet. And know true messengers cannot be delegated they must have the spirit of God in them as Peter did when, with eyes full of heavenly light and heart glowing with sacred fire, declared Yeshua, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God!” May God bring blessings to all who walk in the name of Yeshua as Adopted children. “Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord; (For we walk by faith, not by sight). We are confident, I say, and willing rather be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.” (2Corinthians 5:6-8)

“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. PRE-AMBLE by Robert

As my journey leads me along the narrow path through this life as a pilgrim, a sense of peace has come over me, recognizing I’m not alone. My stride is sure, demonstrating confidence, but not an arrogant strut. It shows determination, supported by knowledge, wisdom, and discernment received from the Holy Spirit to arrive at the destination of Eternal Life and Peace.

My question, will I be an essential companion as I journey? Pondering, am I worthy of travelling with this companion? Understanding, only a few will recognize, who my companion is, and why, He continues being at my side, even though I am a constant challenge to Him. What comes to mind is a quote from my article “GET BEHIND ME SATAN” published June 14, 2018. Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) commentary reveals “What many don’t realize the disciples committed many mistakes and were guilty of weaknesses, they were defective in their duty.  They were very dull and forgetful. And often blundered. Yet their master passes all by and forgets it, he does not upbraid them with their infirmities. But gives them this memorable testimonial, “You are they who have continued with me.” Thus does he praise at parting, to show how willing he is to make the best of those whose hearts he knows to be upright with him.”

Now understanding the peacefulness in my life, even though, I’m surrounded by turmoil, unrest, and despair among those I’m reaching out too. What is being unveiled, by Yeshua, as my companion, is how to be as He is, “an unseen companion.” Who has lit the way to freedom, then align’s himself behind the scenes as a spiritual mentor and ongoing guide through the Holy Spirit as a messenger to those journeying through life on the narrow path. “Thus does he praise at parting, to show how willing he is to make the best of those whose hearts he knows to be upright with him.”

This article will introduce and reveal as a sower of God’s word, love, and compassion we the “Modern Day Disciples” can be an ongoing “shepherd” as [is] Yeshua our unseen “companion” always there always ready.

OPENING PRAYER by Robert

Father in heaven hear my prayers as I lay your servants before your throne. I ask you, Lord, as an unseen companion, to raise your children up when they might stumble and fall. To Be there as our Father when times are filled with turmoil, but more than anything Lord show your children the depth of your love and compassion as you journey with them. In little ways, Father let them, sense or feel your presence, as they go forward in your name searching for that one lost soul. So they might be filled with the confidence they are covered and blessed. Bring them before your throne Lord that they might see your reflection and recognize what a silent companion is to them a shepherd tending his flock. We pray in your name Yeshua Amen and Amen.

OPENING STATEMENT by Robert.

The Holy Spirit brought me to John 10, to understand and discern, what my silent companion was offering. And if I chose to follow in His footsteps, what would be expected of me, to offer as a silent companion.

In John10 Matthew Henry (1662 -1774) explains how Yeshua revealed His walk for those who desire to follow in His footsteps. “Our Lord laid not his life down for his doctrine, but for his sheep.” He described the gracious disposition and happy state of his sheep; they heard and believed his word, followed him as his faithful disciples, and none of them should perish; for the Son and the Father were one. Thus he was able to defend his sheep against all their enemies, which proves that he claimed Divine power and perfection equally with the Father. No weapon formed against our Lord Yeshua (Jesus), shall prosper. He escaped, not because he was afraid to suffer, but because his hour has not come. And He who knew how to deliver himself knows how to deliver the godly out of their temptations, and to make a way for them to escape.

Here is a parable or similitude, from the customs of the East, in the management of sheep. Men, as creatures depending on their Creator, are called the sheep of his pasture. The Assembly of God in the world is as a sheep-fold, exposed to deceivers and persecutors. The great Shepherd of the sheep knows all that is his, guards them by his providence, guides them by his Spirit and word, and goes before them, as the Eastern shepherds went before their sheep. To set them in the way of his steps. Shepherds must serve the sheep in their spiritual concerns. The Spirit of Christ will set before them an open door. The sheep of Yeshua will observe their Shepherd, and be cautious and shy of strangers, who would draw them from faith in him to fancies about him. Many who hear the word of Christ, do not understand it, because they will not. But we shall find one scripture expounding another, and the blessed Spirit making known the blessed Yeshua. Yeshua is the Door. And what greater security has the Assembly of God than that Yeshua is between it and all its enemies? He is a door open for passage and communication.

Here are plain directions how to come into the fold; we must come in by Yeshua. By faith in him as the great Mediator between God and man. Also, we have precious promises to those that observe this direction. Yeshua has all that care of his Assembly, and every believer, which a good shepherd has of his flock; and he expects the Assembly, and every believer, to wait on him, and to keep in his pasture.

Adam Clarke (1760 -1832) through his comments on John10:9 explains what our duty as a silent companion will look like as a shepherd. “Go in and out- This phrase, in the style of the Hebrews, points out all the actions of a man’s life, and the liberty he has of acting, or not acting. A good shepherd conducts his flock to the fields where good pasturage is to be found, watches over them while there, and brings them back again and secures them in the fold. So he, that is taught and called of God, feeds the flock with those truths of his word of grace which nourish them unto eternal life. And God blesses together both the shepherd and the sheep, so that going out and coming in they find pasture. Every occurrence is made useful to them, and all things work together for their good.

The modern-day heirlings posing as pastors ought to remember that whoever boasts of being the way of salvation, and the gate of heaven, shows himself to be a thief and an impostor.

And though few have arrived at this degree of folly, yet there are many who rely too much upon their own talents, eloquence, and labours, as if the salvation of the sheep depend necessarily thereon. In which respect they are always robbers since they rob the grace of Yeshua of the glory of saving the sheep.

God often puts such hirelings to shame, by not opening the hearts of the people to receive their word. While he blesses those who are humble, in causing them to be heard with attention and accompanying their preaching with an unction which converts and saves souls. Let every man know that in this respect his sufficiency and success are of the Lord.

Heavenly Father in all humbleness we bow before your throne filled with overwhelming gratitude for your patient teaching. Thank you, Lord, for raising us to a new level of discernment, love, and compassion. Thank you, Father, for revealing our value and worth to those who have been rescued into your flock and thank you for placing your guiding hand on us to nurture them forward as a shepherd having the spirit of your Son Yeshua for us to guide and nourish those in the flock as silent companions. Praise God for having some months ago heard His call to us to return to His law. To sit down and do an assessment of our walk and relationship with Yeshua. Here we are now learning how to be as Yeshua, is with us, a silent companion. How many of you recognize your prayer in support of your newly found convert, will be answered as a blessing for both. Do you realize as you become the shepherd you are still of our Lords flock and you’re being tended to as you go forward?
Get to know your peace and find the strength in it as your leading inspiration to serve. Because as I prayed for you, you will find it usually is a gentle nudge by Yeshua, letting you know he’s there covering your back as your Silent Companion. James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up: and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

PREAMBLE by Robert    

Knowing the nature of man, the Holy Spirit has brought us a warning not to fall into our practical life and succumb to our bodies temptations (passivity). Apostle Paul warned we need to put our bodies into submission. Coming out of the darkness truly is a miracle recognizing you were a spiritual prisoner of war subject to the wiles of the enemy, under Satan’s control and whims. Being born again is literally having your spirit removed from Satan’s power. Brought into the light of Yeshua as a new spirit now filled with the knowledge of your free will, supported by precious Faith having the ability to decide where your walk is going to take you, and who you are going to follow to get to life and eternity.     

“OK,” there are those who will scoff at what I am about to reveal! They were around in Paul’s time as well. However, Paul left us knowledge of how to deal with them, and to recognize it’s important we don’t fall into the trap of thinking we are more than we really are once we accept the gifts God will bestow on His elect. I believe those who have followed our articles, who have fervently made the changes in their walks and are repentantly walking in the light of Yeshua, are those elect who would and will receive God’s gifts.  As such no matter the depth of your walk or position you believe you’re in with Yeshua, please study this article as it is for all, Satan’s plans are so subtle and his minions very highly skilled, patient, and crafty. We are all affected by his plans to cause us to stumble 

OPENING PRAYER by Robert

Heavenly Father, hear this short petition which I lay before your throne and plead for your attention. Father, as you called to have your children come out of the darkness and false teachings, audit their walk and return to your laws. My petition is to provide through the Holy Spirit guidance protection and a clear mind to see the snares in place and those laying in wait. Bring them Father knowledge of how to recognize your will through the Holy Spirits tutoring. Provide food for their soul to nurture their free will and strengthen its understanding of how to exercise it and make it more efficient in their pursuit of Salvation Life and Eternity. This I pray in the name of Yeshua Amen and Amen.

OPENING STATEMENT by Robert

Paul, in his letter in 1Corinthians 4:7-13, describes a condition the Corinthians had fallen into and what they should do to fix it. I believe the Holy Spirit has brought us to 1Corinthians 4:7-13 to show us where we actually stand in God’s presence. Matthew Henry’s (1662 – 1774) comments emphasize the importance of this position in the believer’s life, no matter the depth of their walk.  “We have no reason to be proud. All we have, or are, or do, which is good, is owing to the free and abundant grace of God. A sinner snatched from destruction by sovereign grace alone, must be very absurd and inconsistent, if proud of the free gifts of God.  

In my earlier comments, I eluded to our will being once again free to guide us in our choices of who we follow for guidance in our journey to eternity. The previous articles have been preparing us for battle. Have you not wondered who it is we are to do battle with? I am bringing forward information presented by Jesse Penn Lewis (1861 – 1927) on pg 70 -71 from her Unabridged book “WAR ON THE SAINTS,” where she describes our most vulnerable time as born-again followers of Yeshua.

She states, “There is a passivity of the will; the “Will” being the helm, so to speak, of the ship. This originates from a wrong conception of what full surrender to God means. Thinking that a “surrendered will” to God means no use of the will at all, the believer ceases to (1,) choose (2) determine, and (3) act of his own volition.

The dangerous effect of this, they are allowed by the powers of darkness to discover, for at first, the consequences are trivial and scarcely noticeable. In fact, at first, it appears to be most glorifying to God. The “strong-willed” person suddenly becomes passively yielding. He thinks that God is “willing” for him in the circumstances, and through people, and so he becomes passively helpless in action.   

Ms. Penn Lewis is precise in her rendition on passivity and then goes on to identify the scripture most misinterpret Philippians 2:13 “It is God which worketh in you, both to will, and to work His good pleasure.“ 

‘The affected person reads it, “… God which worketh in me the willing, and the doing,” i.e., willeth instead of me.” The first means God working in the soul up to the point of the action of the will. And the second assumes His actually “will”-ing instead of, and “working instead of the believer. This wrong interpretation gives ground for not using the will, because of the conclusion “God wills instead of me”; thus bringing about the passivity of will. 

Why am I bringing this information to the forefront? What is the Holy Spirit attempting to show us? When we go to Philippians 2:12, perhaps he is showing us that God is supporting what we are required to do when working out our Salvation. Giving us the answers to our prayers we place before Him once we use our free will in determining how and what we will be using to work out our Salvation.  

You see Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) comments, “He exhorts them to diligence and seriousness in the Christian course: Work out your own Salvation. It is the salvation of our souls (1Peter 1:9), and our eternal redemption (Hebrews 5:9) and contains deliverance from all the evils sin had brought upon us and exposed us to, and the possession of all good and whatsoever is necessary to our complete and final happiness.

The word signifies working thoroughly at a thing and taking true pains. We must be diligent in the use of all the means which conduce to our salvation. We must not only work for our salvation, by doing all that is to be done and preserving therein to the end.

Salvation is the great thing we should mind and set our hearts upon, and we cannot attain salvation without the utmost care and diligence. He adds, With fear and trembling, that is, with great care and circumspection: “Trembling for fear lest you miscarry and come short. Be careful to do everything in Christianity in the best manner, and fear lest under all your advantages you should so much as seem to come short.” (Hebrews 4:1) Fear is a great guard and preservative from evil. 

If you recall in an earlier article, I stated we have been snatched from Satan, and as such, he would then recognize us and develop a plan to win back control over us. Please note his attacks now will be to prevent our movement forward within God’s light by any means he can.

The Holy Spirit revealed one of his very subtle plans is just to have us following one of his minions, believing it is God we are following or receiving instruction from which is the Passivity of our will. This is usually one of his very first attacks bringing believers into the passivity of their free will, bringing it into idleness.

Remember, our free will, when combined with faith (which is powerful already), becomes what I call supercharged and unmoveable and impossible for Satan to defeat. Then connect the information garnered through the use of your will (discernment, understanding, wisdom, mercy, tolerance, patience, devotion, godliness, and goodwill) placed before God’s throne for confirmation and received via the Holy Spirit as God’s will and confirmation (Philippians 2:13).

I believe we now know why Satan wants us to become passive prisoners again because once we recognize these gifts operating through and in our free will, there really is no one who can stand against us (Romans 8:31).   

Jesse Penn Lewis (1861 – 1927) from her book War on the Saints from pg 74 – 75 explains, “GOD DOES NOT WILL INSTEAD OF MAN”! The truth to be emphasized is that God never “wills” INSTEAD of man, and whatever a man does, he is himself responsible for his actions. The believer whose “will” has become passive, finds after a time, the most significant difficulty in making decisions of any kind, and he looks outside, and all around him for something to help him to decide the smallest matters. When he has become conscious of his passive condition, he has a sharp sense of being unable to meet some of the situations of ordinary life. If spoken to, he knows he cannot listen till a sentence is completed; if asked to judge a matter, he knows he cannot do it. If he is required to “remember” or use his imagination, he knows he is unable to and becomes terrified at any proposed course of action where these demands may come upon him.  

PERSONAL TESTIMONY by Robert 

At this point, I am being compelled by the Holy Spirit to share. What has been brought to me by the Holy Spirit as tools and weapons for those caught in Passivity? To battle their way back into control of their will. Please recognize it will be a significant spiritual battle; however, totally winnable if the individual follows the lead of the Holy Spirits guidance and input.

Currently, I am spiritually assisting and emotionally supporting a gentleman who is fighting Passivity in his Christian walk, which has been compromised for a lengthy number of years. This situation was brought to my attention by his wife. Who has had enough and was frustrated with where their relationship is going. As for any further background, I am not going to relate as it is not necessary nor lends anything to what I am about to testify as I would see it as gossip. For simplification of this part, I will refer to the gentleman as J.   

The purpose of this testimony is to place before those following Yeshua’s lead through the Holy Spirit’s information, which will inform support and return control over their free will. I believe what is being shared is the power of God being applied through the leading of the Holy Spirit to an individual in a spiritual battle to regain complete control over his Free Will.  

Jesse Penn Lewis (1861 -1927) gave us pertinent information to understand how Satan could be successful by the lack of information (proper spiritual teachings), acknowledging we are at war from the moment we accept Yeshua as our saviour. What will bring back total control over this individual’s Free Will, which is in passivity, is sound information obtained by that person to recognize, work and use as a weapon, that information being supplied by the Holy Spirit. This battle is personal, however, supported by the Holy Spirit using me (Robert) as a willing vessel to lend physical support to a fellow Christian.  Remember, it is my heart’s desire to save a soul from death; anyone being in a passive state is on the broad path to destruction; they just don’t realize it.  

*** A spiritual rule Satan cannot operate in our lives unless we give him permission to do so.*** I can hear many stating I would never do that willingly. Here is an example of how easy it is for Satan to gain ground in our lives ever had a thought about a sin of any nature and not rebuked it, grounds are given. When a thought enters our mind it is our responsibility to be in control (James 2:4) Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts? It matters not where the idea originated from. It’s what we do with it when recognized.  

The Holy Spirit showed me how J was being held in passivity and what I needed to relate to J for him to understand who he was, always praying for spiritual leading. J has suffered from inaction for approximately 25 years, which has over those years, destroyed his ability to hold a job, has driven his children away and, at this point, divided him and his wife. Many of the symptoms Jesse Penn Lewis described have established themselves as regular living habits for J. For me to begin working with J, I needed to build trust and that I was working as an instrument of God through the Holy Spirits guidance.  

With that established, I began to demonstrate how J was placing himself into submission to this entity he believed was his god. I presented a simple question that involved the use of his free will. J immediately went into prayer, asking for leading how to deal with this request. I pointed out he didn’t need to pray and to recognize who he was or had been praying to and that it was not God but a demon posing as God. I quoted James 3:16 For where envying and strife are, there is confusion and every evil work. 

Why I used this scripture was to show J what was in his life and why he lost the respect of his children why he had no real friends why people were shunning him why people could not carry on a sensible conversation as well why he seemed to be in a confused state at all times. The other thing I offered him to see was his inability to make a decision on his own, especially when it involved his free will. I showed him where he immediately went into prayer, asking for guidance, which was really not necessary.  

I related the following information and exercise for J to follow over the next period of time to slowly break free from the grasp and dependency on praying for guidance. I showed J he needed to halt all information about spirituality before accepting it as truth. For J, it was a simple word “NO,” he had to learn how to say and take “NO” when any spiritual thoughts entered into his mind or conversation. I explained this was the first step to retaking control of his free will by preventing any form of information coming into that thought process. I related his next step was to stop all processing of data until he could move onto the next phase of deciphering who was providing the information. He was not to immediately pray nor without exception accept any thought process. The next step was to ask how the information pertained to his personal relationship with God, then ask if the info edified his walk. Third, did it edify the Lord the third stage was to determine who this information was from based on data from the first two? The final step once learned who was delivering info J would either accept as from Holy Spirit or reject from a false god. Each step was forcing j to use his free will gather information to take and place before the throne in prayer, asking for confirmation and edification in the spirit. 

What I pointed out to J was each time he went to his free will, it was getting stronger and easier to use, just like exercising a muscle. As well he was gaining more and more control, pushing this entity further and further away from him by standing on truth instead of lies. What I was showing him was that once we put everything on hold and discern the information is from the Holy Spirit. Is why we are then to pray and place our concerns or questions and queries. For confirmation before the throne of God.  I took him to Romans 8:26-28 v26. Likewise, the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought. But the spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. v27. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Here is where I showed J his misunderstanding of Philippians 2:13 and how God’s will is applied to us as saints. v28. And we know all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose. 

Currently, I am still working with J as this is an ongoing battle with the progress and freedoms of J’s free will won. However, there are more battles ahead as over time, many different lies deceptions and fiery darts have been put into place. Jesse Penn Lewis (1861 -1927 has described possibly seven other spirits operating as passivity. I see it as an Octopus with eight tentacles. Each one must be dealt with in like manner using J’s rejuvenated free will and polished faith. This is an example of continuing to work out our Salvation, bringing our flesh into subjection who it is and what we are at war with. Again I welcome you to Fighting the first fight rescuing a lost soul from death. Thank you for your patience. 

CLOSING COMMENTS 

I want to close with Matthew Henry’s (1662 – 1774) comments on Romans 8:26 – 28. Because I feel he in his commentary is showing us just how much we need to learn about our walks and relationship with our Father Yehwah, the son Yeshua and our teacher and comforter the Holy Spirit.  “Our weakness in prayer: 1). We know not what we should pray for as we ought. As to the matter of our requests, we know not what to ask. We are not competent judges of our own condition. Who knows what is good for a man in his life? (Ecclesiastes 6:12). We are short-sighted, and very much biased in favour of the flesh, and apt to separate the end from the way. You know not what you ask, (Matthew 20:22). We are like foolish children, that are ready to cry for fruit before it is ripe and fit for them to see (Luke 9:54,55).  2). As to the manner, we know not how to pray as we ought. It is not enough that we do that which is good, but we must do it well, seek in due order, and here we are often at a loss -graces are weak, affections cold, thoughts wandering, and it is not always easy to find the heart to pray. (2Samuel 7:27). The Apostle speaks of this in the first person: We know not. He puts himself among the rest. Folly, and weakness, and distraction in prayer are what all the saints are complaining of. If so great a saint knew not what to pray for, what little reason have we to go forth about that duty in our own strength!”

Satan sends this fiery dart of passivity towards the unsuspecting saint, knowing when it strikes its mark paralyzing this warrior preventing him from moving forward. He prevents the Holy Spirit from providing comfort teaching uplifting, and most of all, pray for God’s intervening will to be done.

Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774)  reveals what is being prevented by this fiery dart once in place. “The assistance which the Spirit gives us in that duty. He helps our infirmities, meant especially of our praying infirmities, which most easily beset us in that duty, against which the Spirit helps. The Spirit in the world helps many rules and promises there are in the word for our help. The Spirit in the heart helps, dwelling in us, working in us, as a part of grace and supplication, especially with respect to the infirmities we are under when we are in a suffering state when our faith is most apt to fail for this end the Holy Ghost was poured out. Helpeth heaves with us, over against us, help as we help one with that would lift up a burden, by lifting over against him at the other end – helps with us, that is, with us doing our endeavour, putting forth the strength we have. We must not sit still and expect that the Spirit should do all when the Spirit goes before us, we must bestir ourselves. We cannot without God, and he will not without us. What help? Why, the Spirit itself makes intercession for us, dictates our requests, indites our petitions, draws up our plea for us. 

Here is the answer for those wounded spiritually by the fiery dart of passivity. As you break the bindings on your free will and then use it to discern the messages and teaching of the Holy Spirit.

Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) further explains how we gain our complete freedoms from infirmities Christ intercedes for us in heaven, the Spirit intercedes for us in our hearts so graciously has God provided for the encouragement of the praying remnant.

The Holy Spirit, as an enlightening Spirit, teaches us what to pray for, as a sanctifying Spirit works and excites praying graces, as a comforting Spirit silences our fears, and helps us over all our discouragements. The Holy Spirit is the spring of all our desires and breathings towards God. Now this intercession which the Spirit makes is with groanings that cannot be uttered. The strength and fervency of those desires in which the Holy Spirit works are hereby intimated. There may be praying in the Spirit where there is not a word spoken as Moses prayed (Exodus 14:15) and Hannah (1Samuel 1:13). It is not the rhetoric and eloquence, but the faith and fervency of our prayers, that the spirit works, as an intercessor, in us.

The Spirit in the heart never contradicts the Spirit in the word. Those desires that are contrary to the will of God do not come from the Spirit. The Spirit interceding in us evermore melts our wills into the will of God. Not as I will, but as thou will.

Heavenly Father hear this prayer of thanks for the teachings for your servant to know the Holy Spirit and his workings as your personal messenger teacher, comforter, and interceder in your name. Give us the courage to receive him into our hearts, hear his words and work with the Father that we grow and continue to do your work. This I pray in Yeshua’s name Amen

The clouds have completely shrouded our World and have not revealed all that is within their folds, as they swirl twist and settle into place.

I recognize there is confusion among those in my presence however I recognize this is quite widespread, there is an uneasy and unsettling feeling permeating the air I am sensing in my spirit a resentment towards the messages God is sending forth calling His children back to Him. I sense gross, absurd and overly high self-esteem; vain pride in my presence and begin to wonder where and what God is leading me to find and see.

I remind you I am publishing these messages as a Watchman sounding his Trumpet as spiritual warnings of what has been shown through the Holy Spirit in scripture. My messages are for everyone to hear and read and whatever you as an individual decide to do with that information, is strictly up to you. The warnings are delivered without judgement or evangelizing they are simply messages for you to discern personally. I have been shown to publish them in a humanistic manner for many to discern in their own way. “So here goes”.

What was revealed is a great debate between worldly leaders, scholars and spiritual teachers with great fervour and discourse. What was disturbing was the debate was not in respect to the condition of people’s walk with God, but about a political position taken over legislation to be presented in Denominational schools throughout our province and how this legislation was going to affect a sector of students within those schools. I was shown and cautioned that worldly debates are not to be edified in my messages as they are a diversion from God’s words, and edification.

THE FIRST SOUNDING OF THE TRUMPET: Mans imaginations, speculations of God’s Sovereignty over mankind allowed them to voluntarily withdraw from His truth and adopt worldly wisdom. They created images of God in human form giving them human passions and called their idols hero’s, and protectors of mankind. 

Have we unknowingly condescended our beliefs to Professional Sports figures or Hollywood’s comic book hero’s accepting Myths as substitute god’s, figures on the screens, TV’s, computer’s and wireless devices as our Mythical hero Protectors as part of what we call entertainment, which allows us to Voluntarily walk away from God’s truth?

“This represents a very slippery slope when the truth is abandoned, the mind develops thousands of Vain, Foolish Fancies, Errors multiply cloud and darken intellectual powers and faculties, allowing mankind to profess to be wise they become fools.”

(Quote is taken from The Bethany Parallel Commentary on the New Testament by Matthew Henry commenting on his interpretation of Romans 1: v 21 to 27 supported by Adam Clarke’s Commentary on the same verses.) In doing so mankind opens the door to adopting “Worldly Truth instead of God’s Truth” and falls into deeper errors.

THE SECOND SOUNDING OF THE TRUMPET: So why does mankind question God’s Existence or His Deity, when they know by His works His very existence. They know Him as God because He Himself imprinted His very existence on our hearts. Even in unrighteousness mankind knows God because of the Works of Creation.

What benefit then to deny God’s existence? Mankind can now exist in Vanity and in their imaginations, thoughts, notions and speculations regarding God. So now when approached with God’s truth enter into foolishness and thoughtless action and ridicule and laugh at the messenger delivering the message, believing in only their wisdom. Stating that the being of God would not satisfy them. Feeling they were above God’s truth and fall into deeper errors. 

“Remember I am just the messenger here doing what the Lord has ask me to do so recognize there is no judgement or evangelizing in these messages. These warnings are given as a measuring stick for your interpretation of where you stand in your walk, what you do with the message is your choice”.

I pray that our Father in Heaven will bring discernment to all mankind and bless them with wisdom, courage and strength to go forward in God’s wisdom and peace, I pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ Savior of all mankind Amen and Amen
