Let me be clear, if you are here, looking to have your ears tickled, you’re in the wrong place. Unless of course, you are tired of living an empty existence, being placated, and seen as merchandise. Our current times are becoming more and more evil and dangerous both physically and in some cases spiritually Matt. 10:28. These temptations have been functioning for 6 years. OPENING STATEMENT by Robert.
The clouds deepened in their demeanor appearing more massive as temptations were making up the composition of the shadows. I could see they were dividing themselves into what seemed to be various categories almost like they were taking on a life of their own and then I realized they actually were.
The temptations were becoming more visible and appeared more appealing and majestic, their subtleties more evident however were alluring, enticing, inviting, and seductive, They were swirling and blending into the vapors of the cloud, becoming as one but not losing their appeal, identity or purpose.
What I could see, was the identity of the temptations in their mingled state. However, their identifiable functions were becoming less and less distinguishable, yet more appealing and acceptable.
FIRST TRUMPET: 1Corinthians 10: v.6 Now these things were our example, to 
the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted. v.7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them: as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. v.8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. v.9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them tempted and were destroyed of serpents. v.10 Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured and were destroyed of the destroyer.
The clouds continued to swirl deeper inward, and I could see there were many standing within these temptations, believing they were safe and untouchable by the attractions within. People were demonstrating an arrogance towards what was before them not recognizing their position and the consequences of their actions.
SECOND TRUMPET: 1Corinthians 10: v.12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. As the clouds began to reveal the temptations I could see no one was exempt from being touched and drawn into the appeal of the temptations. I saw there was a division developing among those within the clouds which was creating a scene of confusion and despair; causing many to reach out to those who appeared as leaders causing them to pull away from Christ their true Rock.
THIRD TRUMPET: 1Corinthians v. 13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to men: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. v14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

PRE-AMBLE by Robert
I published the following expose on January 11th, 2018, the intent was to show discerning businessmen how to succeed using the following template. What I have come to realize is this template is applicable for today’s “Modern Day Disciples” doing God’s work.
We wonder, where some garner success in business and as well in their spiritual walk. I believe many who walk in the light and hold to spiritual discernment see the advantages of this template to success both physically and especially Spiritually. It becomes a personal choice. However, I see it as an excellent guide to succeeding in all aspects of our spiritual life, a blueprint to achieve, “yes!”
“Have you ever approached a responsibility with this kind of single-mindedness and careful planning, while ultimately depending on God?”
If you recall, we were shown by the Holy Spirit in ‘THERE CAN BE NO TRUE PEACE WITHOUT GRACE.” where he revealed, “For our Salvation to have any value in God’s eyes, it must be shared.

Heavenly Father we have found in our walk your fruits of the Spirit which nourish and strengthen us. We thank you “Oh Lord” for all which has been shared through the Holy Spirit your wisdom, understanding, discernment, courage, and patience. We continue to ask Father for your knowledge to be with us so we would substantiate your Love and compassion. We pray, Father, that which we sow through our examples of your work will mature and bear fruit in your name. Gather us into your fold so we will walk in your shadow Father reflecting your light into the world and sharing the living water you have placed in us, Lord. We pray this in your name Yeshua Amen and Amen

The Lord has filled us His “Modern Day Disciples” with Love and Compassion, but he has also provided us with a strong, caring character filled with courage. As I see and hear the cries from God’s children about being destitute, vexed, wearied, confused and searching. It becomes apparent they recognize the lack of essential scriptural teachings and are looking for a shepherd for leadership and guidance but have not found many which are suitable for shepherding or as leaders to follow.
We find Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) in his commentary on Matthew 9:35 explaining as “Modern Day Disciples what should be happening and to whom. “Christ came to teach us, not only what we are to know and believe, but what we are to do; not only toward God but toward men; not only toward those of our party and persuasion but toward men in general, all with whom we have to do. We must do that to our neighbor which we acknowledge being fit and reasonable. We must, in our dealings with men, suppose ourselves in the same case and circumstances with those we have to do with and act accordingly. There are but two ways right and wrong, good and evil; the way to heaven and the road to hell; in the one or other of these all are walking: there is no middle place hereafter, no middle way now“.
We will find as we go forward it is common with people not to apply to Yeshua till they have tried in vain all other helpers, and see them, as undoubtedly they will, physicians of no value. Some run to diversions; others plunge into business, or even into intemperance; others go about to establish their own righteousness or torment themselves by vain superstitions. Many perish in these ways; but none will ever find rest to the soul by such devices; while those whom Yeshua heals of the disease of sin, find in themselves an entire change for the better. As secret acts of sin, so secret acts of faith, are known to Yeshua.
We again hear from Matthew Henry (1662 -1774) “Christian liberty was allowed, not for our pleasure, but for the glory of God, and the good of others. We must please our neighbor, for the good of his soul; not by serving his wicked will, and sinfully humoring him; if we thus seek to please men, we are not the servants of Yeshua. Yeshua’s whole life was a self-denying, self-displeasing life. And he is the most advanced Believer, who is the most conformed to Yeshua“.
“Modern Day Disciples,” should look upon themselves as God’s servants, and act in everything suitably to that character. The apostle did so, by much patience in afflictions, by acting on sound principles, and by due temper and behavior. Believers, in this world, need the grace of God, to arm them against temptations, to bear the excellent report of men without pride; and to take their reproaches with patience.
In Luke 8:15 Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) shows how we flourish. Happy are we, and forever indebted to free grace, if the same thing that is a parable to others, with which they are only amused, is a plain truth to us, by which we are taught and governed. We ought to take heed of the things that will hinder our profiting by the word. We hear; to take heed lest we understand 
carelessly and slightly, lest we entertain prejudices against the word we hear; and to take heed to our spirits after we have listened to the word, lest we lose what we have gained. The gifts we have will be continued to us or not, as we use them for the glory of God, and the good of our brethren. Nor is it enough not to hold the truth in unrighteousness; we should desire to hold forth the word of life, and to shine, giving light to all around.
We see from the words “purifying their hearts by faith,” and the address of Peter, that justification by faith, and sanctification by the Holy Ghost, cannot be separated; and that both are the gift of God. We have great cause to bless God that we have heard the gospel. May we have that faith which the great Searcher of hearts approves, and attests by the seal of the Holy Spirit. Then our hearts and consciences will be purified from the guilt of sin, and we shall be freed from the burdens some try to lay upon the disciples of Christ.
CLOSING COMMENTS by Robert
We have found it is our responsibility to understand how important it is to sow good seeds to produce fruit worthy to be presented before our Lords throne. As “FISHER’S OF MEN,” or as “MODERN DAY DISCIPLES” which we find ourselves being both in different situations. We must have the discernment to fully understand what Yeshua’s meaning was in Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Do we realize only God could speak these words as it is a testimony of His omnipresence? And it is essential to note Yeshua is not there to spy out their sins, or to mark down the imperfections of their worship. But to enlighten, strengthen, comfort, and most importantly to save them.
I desire to close this article by quoting Matthew Henry’s (1662 – 1774) comments on Matthew 18:20 as they have given me and I hope those who have read this article a fresh perspective and approach to casting your nets into the darkness. I believe in his words we have found Apostle Paul’s answer to how he dealt with the abuses he suffered. ” If a professed Believer is wronged by another, he ought not to complain of it to others, as is often done merely upon report, but to go to the offender privately, state the matter kindly, and show him his conduct. This would generally have all the desired effect with a true Believer, and the parties would be reconciled. The principles of these rules may be practiced everywhere, and under all circumstances, though they are too much neglected by all. But how few try the method which Yeshua has expressly enjoined to all his disciples! In all our proceedings we should seek direction in prayer; we cannot too highly prize the promises of God. Wherever and whenever we meet in the name of Yeshua, we should consider him as present in the midst of us.”
Now having this example before us, you would think to go forward should be a whole lot less complicated and with fewer distractions. How better to diffuse the enemy then by confronting him directly and actually demonstrating God’s strength, love, compassion and desire to save all especially having Yeshua present to make it happen.

Father in heaven we thank you for all your precious teachings, guidance, and patience as we learn to walk as your “Modern Day Disciples.” We relish your presence at all times when we are demonstrating and sharing your words with those who need to see them in action and eventually hear them. We find your blessings as food for our spirits strengthening us and lifting our words and actions. Our reservoir of living water is always full for the sharing to those who are thirsting for your eternal quenching of their thirst. Father, we thank you for our health and strengths, this we pray in the name of Yeshua Amen and Amen.
Please remember these articles are shared by a humble, obedient servant doing our Lord’s bidding to share His words and warnings as shown. May our Father continue to bless all as they go forward in doing his bidding. Matthew 18:16 “But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.”

PRE-AMBLE by Robert
This article has been the most difficult to date to prepare and post, which I know is going to become stronger as we get deeper into our walks, not because I do not have the words. However, because of the events which keep occurring.
Here chronologically is what occurred over the past three and a half days. First, just as I was sitting down to begin writing, a glass of ice water spilled on my keyboard (fried). Then once I replaced the keyboard the following day installed it (wireless keyboard and mouse).
My computers, Windows 10 firewall, blocked me from the internet, (resolved). Then, I was unable to get my monitor to come out of sleep mode, (resolved). Just tonight I was unable to get my shortcuts to work, again (resolved). So I believe the enemy doesn’t want this message to be published or circulated because of what is about to be revealed.
I realize these issues are technical in nature, however, none of the issues occurred until after I installed the keyboard and mouse. But like a Microsoft technician explained one issue happens quite frequently after downloads and is resolvable, but to have a series of issues one right after the other day after day is in her words “kind of weird and spooky”. Here is where we gain knowledge of why we should be walking in God’s Laws.
OPENING PRAYER by Robert
Heavenly Father I come before you as a humble servant placing before your throne those who are seeking your truth. I plead Lord you will fill them with courage that they may be strong when the enemy brings before them his subtleties, temptations, admonitions, brutalities. These will come in the form of rebuttals, criticism, rejections, and most of all distractions. I ask Father for your intercession and strengthening that they may go through these future days with courage knowledge discernment and understanding of your promise that not one hair on our head will be harmed if we walk in His Laws. This I pray in the name of Yeshua Amen And Amen.

This knowledge gained, is revealing, how Satan uses distractions to capture the unaware and distracted. As I received more and more information from the Holy Spirit, it became obvious, how many were falling short of keeping even the simplest of God’s Laws.
The majority are conveniently sidetracked, in other words, “DISTRACTED,” caught up in works or doing projects in the name of humanity or researching what appears to be a truth of the world i.e., How were the Pyramids built, into chasing worldly myths that Aliens influenced our earlier populations.
Becoming involved in the Climate Change movement to save the world, These endeavours, are distractions, from what we really need to be focusing on and placing our energy on. Developing a knowledgeable relationship with Yeshua, drawing ourselves closer really getting to know Him on a personal level.
As the Entity He is, the Son of God, and how His powers operated through “Yahweh” on a personal level between them. So as we draw closer to Yeshua, we might recognize the true depth of His promises. The real meaning of their purpose as treasures for us.
I must premise my belief here so a greater understanding prevails as I go forward. Our very nature is made up of three parts the Flesh (God describes as our Temple) the Spirit (which gives us life in the image of God) the Soul ( our mind will and emotions) giving us purpose reason and desire and most of all, a treasury known as a memory of our personal relationship with Yeshua. Which is going to serve us well in Eternity. You see my vision of hell is not the same as most who believe it’s only fire and brimstone, which certainly it is for those who are non-believers or have chosen the wrong path.
The hell, I envision is far more painful and undesirable, having knowledge of Yeshua becoming DISTRACTED and taking Him for granted, not developing a personal relationship, then passing into Eternity. And like in Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? v23: And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Recognizing Yeshua, having Him not know me and not being able to reach out to Him not being able to connect with Him constantly seeing Him. To me, that would be the true HELL.
I think John Gill (23 Nov. 1697 – 14 Oct. 1771) sheds some light on those who in his era were distracted and how. Which I recognize applies as well to today’s fallen. “Not everyone that calls Christ his Lord and Master, professes a subjection to him, or that calls upon his name or is called by his name; or make use of it in his public ministrations.
There are many who desire to be called and accounted Christians, and who make mention of the name of Christ in their sermons, only to take away their reproach, to cover themselves, and gain credit with, and get into the affections and goodwill of the people. But have no hearty love to Christ, nor true faith in him; nor is it their concern to preach his Gospel, advance his glory, and promote his kingdom and interest; their chief view is to please men, aggrandize themselves, and set up the power of human nature in opposition of the grace of God, and the righteousness of Christ. Now not every one of these, no, not any of them. shall enter into the Kingdom of heaven.
Matthew Henry (Oct 18, 1662 – June 22, 1774) I believe sums the distraction part as best as I have read “Worldly-mindedness is as common and as fatal a symptom of hypocrisy as any other, for by no sin can Satan have a surer and faster hold on the soul, under the cloak of a visible and passable profession of religion, than by this and therefore Christ, having warned us against coveting the praise of men.
Proceeds next to warn us against coveting the wealth of the world in this also we must take heed, lest we as the hypocrites are, and do as they do. The fundamental error that they are guilty of is, that they choose the world for their reward we must, therefore, take heed of hypocrisy and worldly-mindedness, in the choice we make of our treasure, our end, and our masters.
Recognize this part of our walk as the greatest opportunity to learn these truths the depth of them and what they hold for us as treasures and store them in our mind [which is a part of the soul along with the will and emotions]. As treasures which are laid before us in Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal. v20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: v21: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
If it hasn’t become obvious the messages which are out there reveal all are going to be in eternity once we pass from this life and finding ourselves at the throne of God for final judgment.
It is here which all should be concerned, whether you were distracted or how deep did you build your personal relationship with Yahweh and His son Yeshua. Did you draw God’s laws into your lives as a foundation and use them to deepen and build your relationship with Yahweh and Yeshua placing up treasures and Crowns which you might place before the throne.

During a weekend of transporting celebrities to a local pagan festival. Through conversation with some of the celebrities, I became aware of the following. Our Lord has stated, “broad is the way and many will follow it. The path to truth is narrow and few there will go.” These statements have puzzled me for a long time. “Oh” it’s obvious the meaning my question was who are those who follow the broad path?
Then I realized, who is following this broad path, in the belief they are seeking truth and eventual entry into heaven. These celebrities believed that all religious beliefs or paths would lead them to heaven.
The Holy Spirit showed me an answer (“give men a bit of wisdom and they become fools” Romans 1:22) to the many questions they brought forward to discredit God’s word. This answer was not judgemental nor threatening to either of them. They understood but didn’t want to accept what they believed in, were distractions that brought them to the broadway and would eventually lead them to destruction.
The following verse was given to us by Yeshua in Matt.7:13 Enter ye at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. v14: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be to find it.
Our journey has brought us several pieces of information, understanding, and awareness of our Lord Yeshua. We know it is our responsibility to be constantly seeking after God within His laws, not believing, Yeshua is our 7/11 God of convenience.
Some followers think God should be there when we need His intervention in times of peril or sickness. However, our Lord clearly asks us to be with Him always and revealing if we heed His call, there would be blessings of health, long life and knowledge.
This is not to say we should not be constantly praying while being with Him always, what I am saying is if you’re not with Him always and hit a bump in your life’s journey, recognize you may pray, be heard and not like the answer returned.
Again, I ask you to use your imagination, as in this section we are receiving teachings from Moses through Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel the Lord our God is one Lord. Then goes on to admonish us just as though we were the Israelites and in v5 reveals what we must do constantly, not when we feel it’s convenient, v5. And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

So it appears the message Moses was delivering, [then], applies to our walk today, as well. However, it seems we somehow believe that God is available when we conveniently require His intervention. Possibly many have fallen into thinking what is in their mind is right which is a dangerous position to be as God considers that position idolatry.
But we have learned that fact already and I believe I cannot reiterate how important this teaching is to our following in Yeshua’s footsteps. I found the following from Isaiah in 35:8 which I like as a summation of this writing And a highway shall be there, and way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not Passover it, but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools shall not err therein. What comes to mind is Romans 1:22, “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.”

Here is a prayer for all who are working their Audit to locate their path in the darkness that has encompassed all;
Father in heaven polish their internal lens and brighten the light within their hearts, so it may shine forth, for those trapped in the dark, so they may see and come forward. “Lord”, I come before thee as a humble servant seeking your strength to reflect your light into this dark world, that I may share what thou has bestowed as gifts.
As your humble servant, Lord, I have placed my foot in your footprint. And ask you loose unto all who follow and step into your footprint the spirits of discernment, understanding, courage, grace, pardoning mercy, goodness, kindness, and mercies towards all who enter their life’s journey, deepen their conversations so they are Godly and Holy.
I pray for this Father, so your children who Love Cherish and Honour your Deity will not cease in this world. I related to the condition of the world and the society we live in. I believe Matthew Henry (Oct. 18, 1662 – Jun. 22, 1714) gave us a description of how far from God our current society has drifted. Or you can say have allowed ourselves to be drawn into the conditions he describes in 2Timothy3; “For men shall be lovers of their selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful. Unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof; from such turn away.”
What comes to mind is the warning God spoke to the Israelite’s do not fall into doing what is right in your own minds. I will ask you again, “HAVE YOU BEEN COMPLETELY HONEST,” in your assessment; I pray you have because, in this footprint, we are going to find truths which I know are going to definitely change your walk and, ultimately, your persona as a believer following Yeshua.
The lessons we are about to receive are coming from Yeshua’s answers to questions brought to Him by the Pharisees and his disciples. As I have always maintained, we must, and I emphasize, they must develop and seek after a very personal relationship with Yeshua.
Again, I ask you to imagine we are in the presence of the Lord, and He is speaking to us directly. I believe this is the real church, and as proof cite Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. We don’t need to be in a vast building or group to learn how to draw nearer to Yeshua. In John 8:12, Yeshua states his position. Then spake Yeshua again unto them saying I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Matthew Henry (Oct. 18, 1662 – Jun. 22, 1714) comments on Yeshua’s declaration Christ’s doctrine was from heaven. It was copied out of the counsels of infinite wisdom, and the kind intentions of eternal Love. Yeshua states I speak that which I have seen. The discoveries Yeshua has made to us of God and another world are not grounded upon guess and hearsay but upon visual inspection so that he was thoroughly apprised of nature, and assured of the truth, of all he said.
We hear from Yeshua what he is teaching comes directly from Yahweh and should not be questioned because it is what he has seen and knows to be true and is sharing it with those who are drawing near to hear and believe.
Matthew Henry (Oct. 18, 1662 – Jun. 22, 1714) continues The Lord recognizes virtue has gone out of him and turns his discourse from the proud Pharisee’s. Addressing himself to those weak believers. When he had denounced wrath against those that were hardened in unbelief, then he spoke comfort to those few feeble Jews that believed in him.
How carefully he cherishes the beginnings of grace and meets those that are coming towards him. These Jews that believed were yet but weak, but Yeshua did not, therefore, cast them off, for he gathers the lambs in his arms.
When faith is in its infancy, he has knees to prevent it, breasts for it to suck, that it may not die from the womb. In what he said to them, we have two things, which he saith to all that should at any time believe.
The character of a true disciple of Christ “if you continue in my word, then are you, my disciples, indeed.” When they believed in him, as the great prophet, they gave up themselves to be his disciples.
Now it is becoming clearer why Yahweh was calling us to return to following His laws and placing our foot in the footprints [Yeshua] left behind for those who like the Jews drew nearer and believed.
Once committed to doing God’s Audit and refreshing our walk, recognizing how much we really don’t understand why the absolute need to draw near to Yeshua and developing a permanent desire for learning as well how to develop a sincerely bonded relationship with Him.
John Gill (Nov. 23 -1697 – Oct. 14, 1771) I believe puts it in words we can understand and know what it is going to take to chose and devote ourselves. As well to creating a profound, lasting relationship with Yeshua:
John Gill relates: Yeshua states if ye continue in my word, meaning the Gospel, called his because he was both the author, and preacher, and sum, and substance of it. Stay in it, is having cordially received it, to abide by it, and hold it fast, and not to be moved from it. Through the temptations of Satan, the cunning of those that lie in wait to deceive; nor by the revilings and persecutions.
The frowns and flatteries of men, and when men continue thus steadfast in it and faithful to it. It is evident that it has come with power, and has a place in their hearts, and that they are faithful followers of Yeshua. Then are ye my disciples indeed.
There are two sorts of disciples of Christ. Some are only nominal, and merely in a profession such, and these sometimes draw back from him, discontinue in his word.
And go out from among his people, which shows that they never were of them, nor are the true disciples of Yeshua. For the genuine followers of Yeshua continue in his Gospel, hold fast to him, the head, and remain with his people, which to do to the end, is evidence of their being disciples indeed.
Recall, I identified the Holy Spirit revealing that, I really didn’t understand much about my relationship with Yahweh and what it was going to take to walk in His Son, Yeshua’s footsteps. I pray many others found the same.
The Holy Spirit also asked if I was prepared to receive truth and then asked what was I going to do with it once I received it? His next question was, did I really understand what it truly stood for and its power within my journey and working out my Salvation?
After listening to Mr. Gill’s commentary, I profoundly understand what is expected of me as an individual in pursuit of drawing nearer to Yahweh through my personal relationship with His Son Yeshua.
I have always asked anyone who stated they wanted to walk in Yeshua’s footsteps if they knew what commitment was expected of them? I think Mr. Gill has explained quite clearly what it is and how difficult it is to walk in those footprints. I, for one, am prepared to do so knowing the Lord is there with me guiding, supplying answers and uplifting me because I genuinely have him in my heart and totally believe in His promises and teachings.
What I am about to share is a caution to those who question and think they are already free from the bondage of the world and the darkness enveloping it and them.
Yes, we have received and believe we are living and walking under Salvation. The caution here is not to become haughty like the Pharisee’s who answered Yeshua “we be Abraham’s seed, and as such believing. There is no need to commit to an audit, as you have received Salvation through faith, believing your walk is secure and pure with Yeshua.
For those who are working on their review and stepping into Yeshua’s footprints heeding Yahweh’s call to return to the law and committing to Yeshua’s teachings through the Holy Spirit, here is a strong message you really need to hear.
The following is from the Mount of Olives delivered by Yeshua cited in John 8:13 The Pharisee’s, therefore, said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true. V14: Yeshua answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true; for I know whence I came, and whither I go, but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go. v15: Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man. v16: And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me. Then said Yeshua to those Jews which believed on him, v31: If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed. v32: And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
I believe John Gill’s (Nov. 23 -1697 – Oct. 14, 1771) comments ring true as he explains what is in store for those of us who have committed to the Audit. Are now seeking to draw closer, removing the false teachings, religious myths and fables returned to following Yahweh’s Laws and are moving into a profound personal relationship with His Son Yeshua. I believe here is where we discover what truth is and its powers over us.
“And ye shall know the truth,….. Either the truth of the Gospel, the truth as it is in Yeshua. Meaning that they should have a larger knowledge of it. While others are ever learning and never come to the understanding of the truth. But the spirit of truth should lead them into all truth, and cause them to grow and increase in Gospel light and knowledge, or Yeshua himself.
Who is the way, the truth, and the life, and the sense is that they should know more of him? Of the dignity of his person, of the nature and usefulness of his offices, of the efficacy of his blood. The excellency of his righteousness, and the fulness of his grace, and that for themselves: “And the truth shall make you free.” From ignorance and error, and the prejudices of education, under which the whole nation laboured, and from the thraldom (slavery) of the law.
What is becoming more and more apparent of this particular journey is the need for a guide that I see as the Holy Spirit. The commentator Matthew Henry (Oct. 18, 1662 – Jun. 22, 1714) comments relate to this as a journey comparable to the Israelite’s following the column in the day and resting in assurance they were protected by the pillar of fire at night.
As we grow spiritually more rooted in our Audit, it is recognized it will continue as there is no time limit, but strong leadership is required as we have no clue where we are being led and what life situations will present. But know our final destination.
The Israelite’s were venturing into uncharted territory knowing their destination just as we are now journeying into uncharted territories, also knowing we have been set free from ignorance and error, the prejudices of education and slavery of the law having a destination to work at achieving being with our Father in heaven Yahweh.
We now have a better understanding of how truth works in our lives and a knowledge of what makes one a true disciple of Yeshua devoted dedication and complete commitment.
So now, again, I see even deeper how much I really didn’t understand my relationship with Yeshua. “Oh,” sure I was coasting along, believing my relationship was deep, and I was doing everything I thought I needed to do to follow and draw closer to Yeshua.
However, when the Holy Spirit revealed I wasn’t where I thought or hoped to be in my relationship with Yeshua, I wondered at first, then submitted to his musings and began to dig deeper. Quickly realized, I was bordering on believing in my mind I was right with God, and promptly understood, I had started to slip toward walking in Pride, Vanity, Luxury, Sensuality.
Matthew Henry (Oct. 18, 1662 – Jun. 22, 1714) also confirms It is implied that there are many who profess themselves Yeshua’s disciples who may not be his disciples indeed but only in show and name. Then goes on to relate those that are not strong in faith to see to it, they are sound in faith, though not disciples of the highest form, are nevertheless disciples indeed only in show and name.
CLOSING COMMENTS by Robert:
The common excuse I’m so busy making a living time is precious (Luxury), then if I make these changes, I won’t be accepted socially (Vanity). Besides, I know God been baptized and declared my Love for Him and always lets everyone know I’m a good Christian (Pride).
The real game breaker is how important the feel of a velvet shirt against my skin is. Recognizing certain fragrances heighten sensual experiences and will attract the opposite sex to have an opportunity (Matthew 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.) to appease my fleshly desires (Sensuality).
Without realizing it, I was falling into this worldly trap and slipping away from building my relationship with Yeshua as three of the four temptations were growing in my life, I had sensuality under control. It is not wrong to present yourself professionally.
However when you begin to allow these factors to dictate your walk you have enabled the five natural senses touch, taste, smell, sight, and hearing to become the primary factors of how you will approach your walk instead of hearing the Holy Spirit guide, teach, chastise, and lead.
Putting it bluntly, you have become carnal and gather information about the world around you instead of about Yeshua, which is a stumble, but in some cases, it’s a drastic fall.
What was coming to my mind was the warning not to fall into doing what is right in your own minds, which I believe is carnally defined in Websters Dictionary as the capacity for the effective application of the powers of the brain as a basis for action or response: intelligence. Which Yahweh sees as idolatry. Romans 1:21-22
Apostle Paul relates how God deals with this form of belief v21: Because of that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. v22: Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.
Now understand, we are learning about truth’s power to set us free. But physics tells us where there is an action there is a reaction. Yeshua describes the response, which I believe many do not realize the power of sin has over those who commit crime if they took the time to understand, possibly wouldn’t commit sin. This is Yeshua’s message to all in John 8: 34-35 v34: Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. v35: And the servant abideth not in the house forever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son, therefore, shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
I’m closing with the following comments, which I firmly believe those reading these writings if doing the Audit and following the Lead of the Holy Spirit. Will, through teachings, know in their hearts what Yeshua meant when He said: “the truth shall set you free.”
If it doesn’t, then, I believe Mr. Gill described you perfectly as one of the two Disciples, and you will know who you are. Mr. Henry stated what your position is as well, “many who profess themselves Yeshua’s disciples who are not his disciples indeed but only in show and name.”
My question to all, if you are not doing the Audit and cleaning house, why not? Yahweh has given us a chance to return to His flock. He is offering a pathway to Him through Yeshua’s Footprints, and as we have learned, it is going to be “TRUTH,” which is going to educate us and bring us closer to Yahweh and Yeshua.
I can see we are being offered an opportunity to know the truth and all that is needful and profitable for us to know, confirmed in the belief of it and definitely know the certainty of it. The blessing I received through writing this article is knowing I am in the darkness of the world, but God’s truth will feed me as one of God’s children, will bring me into His light and freedom from the darkness forever. I will first be a beacon reflecting His light into the darkness, so as a disciple, I can share His truth and Love.
As a 76-year-old man, I cannot understand how anyone would pass up this tender offer to do what God has called us to do which is simple once you take the time through Yeshua and the Holy Spirit’s leading to hearing Yahweh say “I JUST WANT YOUR LOVE AND OBEDIENCE.”
From this day forward, when I say God Bless or God’s Speed, they both will have an entirely different meaning to me as both now represent His Truth.
