MANY CLAIM TO HAVE SURRENDERED CONTROL, BUT WALK AS MATURE ADULTS IN THOUGHT AND ACTIONS! “WHY?”

IS IT NOT CLEAR YOU’RE CONTRADICTING YAHEWA IN DOING SO!

DO YOU NOT REALIZE YOU’RE STILL CONFORMING TO THE WORLD’S UNIVERSAL LAWS! WE MUST BE SEEN AS A MATURE ADULT IN CONTROL OF ALL OF OUR FACULTIES!

WHY DOES YAHEWA CALL US TO SUBMIT AS A CHILD!

QUESTION TO PONDER! WHY DO WE THEN  ACCEPT THE POSITION IN THE FAMILY OF YAHWEH AS HIS CHILDREN, BUT ACT AND THINK LIKE A MATURE ADULT IN CONTROL?

THAT IS AN ACT OF CONFORMING TO THE WILL OF THOSE WHO ABIDE BY THE UNIVERSAL LAWS OF THE WORLD? IN ESSENCE A FORM OF REBELLIO.N!

WOULD THESE ACTIONS BE SEEN AS A REJECTION OF BEING A PART OF YESHUA’S HEAVENLY REALM? DID YESHUA NOT STATE “

Matthew 18:3-4
[3]And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
[4]Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

OBSERVATION!

How is it we claim to be his children but refuse to live our Saviour’s call, to be one of those children? “Oh,” in our minds like the Israelites of Egypt, we believe and stand on our form of righteousness and we all know how Yahweh saw them! Exodus 32:9 KJV
And the LORD said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

And the LORD’S anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.

What form of rebellion is with those who cannot or will not surrender to this calling? Do they not realize what position they have placed themselves in? Likely not!

The question was, Are there few that are saved? Luke 13:23: ei oligoi hoi sozomenoi–“If the saved be few? Master, I have heard thou shouldest say so is it true?”

Those who have sucked in a corrupt nation are ready to make it the standard by which to measure all men’s judgments and in nothing do men more betray their ignorance, presumption, and partiality, than in judging the salvation of others.

Note, Many are more inquisitive respecting who shall be saved, and who not, than respecting what they shall do to be saved.

It is commonly asked, “May such and such be saved?” But it is well that we may be saved without knowing this.

We have reason to wonder that of the many to whom the word of salvation is sent there are so few to whom it is indeed a saving word.

Perhaps it was an enquiring question: “If there be few that be saved, what then? What influence should this have upon me?”

It concerns us all seriously to improve the great truth of the fewness of those who are saved.

Christ’s answer to this question, which directs us what use to make of this truth. Our Saviour did not give a direct answer to this enquiry, for he came to guide men’s consciences, not to gratify their curiosity. Ask not, “How many shall be saved?” But, be they more or fewer, “Shall I be one of them?”

Not, “What shall become of such and such, and what shall this man do?” But, “What shall I do, and what will become of me?”

OBSERVATION!

What comes to mind, what form has today’s desert taken on for those, our Lord sees as stiffnecked! I see it described in

Ezekiel 33:4,9
[4]Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.
[9]Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

OBSERVATION!

Today’s desert, where many journey in, would be in their own iniquity as described in Ezekiel 33:9, till they die!

As I ponder this condition I ask how present would our Lord be, if he can state “I know ye not!” That would indicate Yeshua is not with them!

God has said, The wicked man shall surely die he shall be miserable. Unless he repents, he shall be cut off from God and all comfort and hope in him, shall be cut off from all good.

He shall fall and lie forever under the wrath of God, which is the death of the soul, as his favour is its life. The righteous God has said it, and will never unsay it, nor can all the world gainsay it, that the wages of sin is death. Sin, when it is finished, brings forth death.

The wrath of God is revealed from heaven, not only against wicked nations, speaking ruin to them as nations, but against wicked persons, speaking ruin to them in their personal capacity, their personal interests, which pass into the other world and last to eternity, as national interests do not.

See what a desire God has of the salvation of sinners, in that he resents it so ill if those concerned do not do what they can to prevent their destruction.

And see what a great deal those ministers have to answer for another day who palliate sin, and flatter sinners in their evil way, and by their wicked lives countenance and harden them in their wickedness, and encourage them to believe that they shall have peace though they go on.

It is a comfort to ministers that they may through grace save themselves, though they cannot be instrumental to save so many as they wish of those that hear them.
