I ONCE READ ABOUT A DAUGHTER ASKING HER FATHER TO RETRIEVE AN ITEM FROM HER BEDROOM! ON THE WAY TO THE BEDROOM DAD HAD TO PASS BY THE LIVINGROOM! THE DAUGHTER CALLED OUT “DAD DON’T LOOK IN THE LIVING ROOM!“

A SIMPLE REQUEST BUT ONE THAT CARRIED A PROFOUND REQUEST! YOU SEE IF DAD LOOKED IN THE LIVING ROOM HE WOULD NEVER MAKE IT TO THE BEDROOM! HE WOULD BE CAPTURED BY A STORY ON TV!

WHY AM I BRINGING THIS INFORMATION TO YOU? UNLESS YOU ARE GROUNDED IN YESHUA AS A CHILD OF GOD HAVING SACRIFICED AND SURRENDERED, AND ARE DILIGENTLY SEEKING THE ONGOING  TEACHINGS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, YOU LIKE THE DAD WILL BE DISTRACTED IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!

SATAN WILL PLACE MANY DISTRACTIONS AS WAYS FOR YOU TO BECOME COMFORTABLE, OR SEEKING AFTER LUXURIES, OR LEISURING IN SOME FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT!

AND I CAN JUST HEAR MANY SAYING AND WHAT’S WRONG WITH HAVING THOSE IN OUR LIVES? TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION HERE IS MY QUESTION TO YOU?

WHEN SATAN TOOK YESHUA TO THE HIGHEST PLACE SO HE COULD SEE ALL OF THE GREATNESS OF HIS KINGDOM AND OFFERED ALL OF IT TO HIM FOR JUST BENDING HIS KNEE TO WORSHIP HIM!

WHAT DO YOU THINK HIS GOAL WAS, SIMPLE, TO SEPARATE THE SON FROM THE FATHER!

SATAN IS SUBTLY PLACING THIS TEMPTATION AS A DISTRACTION TO SEPARATE YOU FROM YESHUA OUR INTERCEDER TO THE HEAVENLY FATHER! THESE TEMPTATIONS COMPLETE HIS GOAL TO DRAW YOU BACK INTO HIS REALM,

SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION!

John 8:44 KJV
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

OBSERVATION!

I testified my wife and I heard a cry, “come out from among them,” in a prophetic message we were listening to!

As having both surrendered and sacrificed much unto our Lord, our prayer to the Lord, did through the Holy Spirit, revealed there was a remnant acting as a cord binding us to the world, which he revealed and now we were faced with a choice of, to be obedient, and do as the Holy Spirit pointed out that this cord must be severed and the items destroyed!

The choice was not difficult, because we have separated from the world and those items which in that former life were important now only represented being pulled back into slavery through them!

Now, please understand the items were merely a tool Satan would use as a temptation to cause a distraction in our walk being in a small way separated from Yeshua and our Heavenly Father Yahweh! Which would weaken our walk unnecessarily!

Matthew 25:4,6 KJV
But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. [6] And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

Here is a fact you may overlook. Being distracted keeps you from seeking the truth in God’s words!

Matthew 24:38 KJV
For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Why is this so important these days? As time is short we must be preparing for Yeshua’s return in the clouds 

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
[16]For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[17]Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

and like the five virgins have our Lamps full! Some ask how! God’s words are the oil for your lamps!

Remember that Satan will do everything he can, to keep you busy and separated from Yeshua’s words (oil for your lamps), and being comfortably entertained is just the item to do so, because like the dad you would look in the living room and would be distracted!

And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

COMMENTARY OFFERED BY MATTHEW HENRY (1664-1714).

Expectants of Christ, and of his second coming. As Christians, we profess, not only to believe and look for, but to love and long for, the appearing of Christ, and to act in our whole conversation with a regard to it.

The return of Christ is the centre in which all the lines of our religion meet, and to which the whole of the divine life hath a constant reference and tendency.

Their chief concern is to have lights in their hands, when they attend the bridegroom, thus to do him honour and do him service.

Note, Christians are children of light. The gospel is light, and they who receive it must not only be enlightened by it themselves, but must shine as lights, must hold it forth, Philippians 2:15,16.

OBSERVATION!

Philippians 2:15-16
[15]That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
[16]Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

I pondered what these verses were attempting to reveal!

But before I proceed! Something I feel compelled to share with those struggling to let go of the world’s wisdom as part of their sacrifice and surrender to Yeshua’s guidance in and about your spiritual life!

Yes, I’m talking directly to your soul (mind, will, and emotions) because that is where all of what Yeshua places in your heart through the Holy Spirits teachings and guidance must be discerned by the soul for the spirit to be free of the world’s universal laws ensnaring and holding you as a captive to the temptations of Satan who as I said wants to separate you from Yeshua and kill your soul and capture your spirit!

As long as you hold onto the wisdom that allowed you to function at whatever level of comfort and leisure in your former life you will never be complete in your new spiritual life!

Yeshua honors obedience and in so doing, restores that which you willingly sacrifice and surrender to become a child of God! You may feel how can that be what’s gone is gone read and discern this

Job 42:10-11
[10]And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
[11]Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.

Doubters say that was Job! I say to you, who willingly comes to the Lord with a heart desiring to know who that man is dealing with you on a personal level, and building a relationship will find what you offered restored!

You see Satan knows this truth and will do all he can to put out your light so you are separated and his captive abiding in your iniquity comfortably and leisurely till its your time to depart this life and begin the real eternal journey spiritually!
