ISN’T IT STRANGE AS A SCENARIO IN OUR MINDS WE BELIEVE WE KNOW OUR REACTION? IN REALITY, WHEN WE ARE FACED BY DEATH EVEN SUBTLY, MANY ARE NOT CERTAIN OF THEIR REACTION! THE WORLD CALLS IT FIGHT OR FLIGHT, I SEE IT AS A SPIRITUAL CROSS ROADS OFFERING A CHOICE WITH SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES! BUT IT IS YOUR CHOICE!

Another will say only in God do I trust and turn to Psalm 91:2
[2]I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION!
2 Timothy 1:7 KJV
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
OBSERVATION!
I am pondering how many on this site would remain if found in the situation I am about to share!
I heard a story about a true incident that took place in the Second World War!
In a small village, in Europe the townspeople gathered in the church and halfway through the service, heavily armed German soldiers stormed through the churches front door machine guns at the ready.
Once they established control of the assembly their commanding officer stood at the front of the church and announced that all the unbelievers could leave the church! Then he stated those among the believers who stayed would be executed and once the church had emptied 4 individuals remained!
The Germans after securing the church doors started assembling around the remaining four, placing all their firearms in the middle of the floor, and stated they wanted to know and learn about Yeshua from the true believers who remained steadfast even under the threat of death!
This story brings a profoundly deep question and evaluation before those who partake of these postings!
Remember I am merely a messenger of Yeshua, you might fool yourself but our Lord will know the intent of your heart!
Mark 12:33 KJV
And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
It poses a sincere question how would you respond if faced with almost certain death of this vessel your temple!
What it revealed to me is we must recognize we face death everyday as we have no guarantee that our lives will go on!
We must be thankful for every day we exist in this world, we must never take this life for granted, “NEVER”!
So many wake up after a night’s rest and begin their day like they are entitled to it!
Luke 12:19-20 KJV
And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. [20] But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
We must not live in fear of death, but know it is always present even though it was overcome and conquered by Yeshua! Only the Father in heaven knows our time! Matthew 24:36 KJV
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
As believers, we must know our life is merely a vapor!
James 4:14
[14]Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
COMMENTARY By Matthew Henry (1662-1714)!
And then, as to all these particulars, the frailty, shortness, and uncertainty of life, ought to check the vanity and presumptuous confidence of such projectors for futurity: What is your life? It is even a vapour that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away, James 4:14.
God that wisely left us in the dark concerning future events, and even concerning the duration of life itself. We know not what shall be on the morrow we may know what we intend to do and to be, but a thousand things may happen to prevent us.
We are not sure of life itself, since it is but a vapour, something in appearance, but nothing solid nor certain, easily scattered and gone.
We can fix the hour and minute of the sun’s rising and setting tomorrow, but we cannot fix the certain time of vapors being scattered such is our life: it appears but for a little time, and then vanisheth away it vanisheth as to this world, but there is a life that will continue in the other world and, since this life is so uncertain, it concerns us all to prepare and lay up in store for that to come.
OBSERVATION!
The believer’s expectation of eternal happiness after death, 2 Corinthians 5:1. He does not only know, or is well assured by faith of the truth and reality of the thing itself – that there is another and a happy life after this present life is ended, but he has good hope through grace of his interest in that everlasting blessedness of the unseen world: “We know that we have a building of God, we have a firm and well-grounded expectation of the future felicity ”
Let us take notice of what heaven is in the eye and hope of a believer. He looks upon it as a house, or habitation, a dwelling place, a resting place, a hiding place, our Father’s house, where there are many mansions, and our everlasting home.
It is a house in the heavens, in that high and holy place which as far excels all the palaces of this earth as the heavens are high above the earth. It is a building of God, whose builder and maker is God, and therefore is worthy of its author; the happiness of the future state is what God hath prepared for those that love him.
COMMENTARY BY MATTHEW HENRY (1662–1714)
Death considered merely as a separation of soul and body is not to be desired, but rather dreaded; but, considered as a passage to glory, the believer is willing rather to die than live, to be absent from the body, that he may be present with the Lord. (2 Corinthians 5:1), to leave this body that he may go to Christ, and to put off these rags of mortality that he may put on the robes of glory.
Note: Death will strip us of the clothing of flesh, and all the comforts of life, as well as put an end to all our troubles here below. Naked we came into this world, and naked shall we go out of it.
But Gracious souls are not found naked in the other world; no, they are clothed with garments of praise, with robes of righteousness and glory.
They shall be delivered out of all their troubles and shall have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb, Revelation 7:14.
OBSERVATION!
A Christian walk is not without challenges, trials, tests, and siftings, as part of our becoming Spiritually mature!
Matthew 5:8 KJV
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa. And all of God’s children say Amen and Amen in the name of Jehovah Jireh our provider of all things righteous and Holy!
