SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION!

Romans 16:1-2
[1]I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:
[2]That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

OBSERVATION!

There are those who walk as Pharisees and Sadducees within our Assemblies in this day and are, attesting that women in our Assemblies should not speak or teach.

To these I draw their attention to Romsns 16:1,2 as Psul had something to say in high esteem of the women who served and blessed their congregations of their times the origin and development today’s churches.

It becomes Christians to help one another in their affairs, especially strangers; we know not what help we may need ourselves. Paul asks help for one that had been helpful to many; he that watereth shall be watered also himself.

I ponder how Paul having such high regards for the work these woman provided in the establishing of ou churches.
