SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION!

John 8:12 KJV
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

OBSERVATION!

My last posting https://romboughrobert.ca/2024/07/18/who-are-you-worshipping-the-living-son-of-god-who-is-proof-of-eternal-life-or-a-false-christ-reborn-and-crucified-annually/ drew a quick response “GOD”!

In my heart I felt wonderment as a question appeared within my reasoning. We all know of God, and some within that knowledge worship him in and through  faith.

James 2:19 KJV
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

But not fully grasping the true why and as the posting is asking which do you follow the Living Yeshua or Satan’s duplicate who has to be born and crucified annually to be deified in the eyes of his followers!

The following was given to share with all, to encourage a deepening discernment to know it is the Son of God you are worshipping and are on the narrow path many find difficult to find.

The article emphasizes: Search your heart about how, assess your beliefs, and note truly who God is to you. Look for Him in all aspects of your being and know the why of his remaining alive, so you might demonstrate, that understanding your eternal life, is your goal in this journey unto eternity, by following in His footsteps, enabling you to present this part of your “eternal life”, as a holy journey, which will continue when you complete this part of your earthly journey.

James 1:22
[22]But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Polish your faith and demonstration to fully understand your actions now are a part of our Lord’s proof of eternal life, and that you already possess eternal life, (having salvation, and being reborn) and are now learning how you will live with it once the learning is fulfilled and you actually will continue living it on a spiritual level.

James 1:25
[25]But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

It becomes important to know that from the moment we step through the door of Salvation being offered by Yeshua, our eternal life begins, and now we must utilize our remaining time here in this realm wisely, because it is only a droplet of time, when you consider the length of eternity.

James 4:14
[14]Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

Ponder these two verses, as your journey continues, look at them as lessons about eternal life and how to best prepare for it.

Romans 12:2,21
[2]And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

[21]Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

COMMENTARY

We are to do all the good we can, one to another, and for the common benefit. If we duly thought about the powers we have and how far we fail properly to improve them, it would humble us.

Romans 12:3
[3]For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

But as we must not be proud of our talents, so we must take heed lest, under a pretense of humility and self-denial, we are slothful in laying out ourselves for the good of others. We must not say, I am nothing, therefore I will sit still, and do nothing; but, I am nothing in myself, and therefore I will lay out myself to the utmost, in the strength of the grace of Christ.

James 2:17
[17]Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Whatever our gifts or situations may be, let us try to employ ourselves humbly, diligently, cheerfully, and in simplicity; not seeking our own credit or profit, but the good of many, for this world and that which is to come.

James 3:17
[17]But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

All of these actions in this our earth bound walk are lessons to be utilized in our eventual acquired eternal journey spiritually in a renewed heavenly body.

James 3:2
[2]For in many things, we offend all. If any man offends not in word, the same is a perfect man, and he is able to bridle the whole body.
