SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION!

OBSERVATION!

All true believers are a holy priesthood; sacred to God, serviceable to others, endowed with heavenly gifts and graces.

But the most spiritual sacrifices of the best in prayer and praise are not acceptable, except through Jesus Christ.

Christ is the chief cornerstone that unites the whole number of believers into one everlasting temple, and bears the weight of the whole fabric.

Elected, or chosen, for a foundation that is everlasting. Precious beyond compare, by all that can give worth. To be built on Christ means, to believe in him; but in this many deceive themselves, they consider not what it is, nor the necessity of it, to partake of the salvation he has wrought.

Though the frame of the world were falling to pieces, that man who is built on this foundation may hear it without fear. He shall not be confounded. The believing soul makes haste to Christ, but it never finds cause to hasten from him. All true Christians are a chosen generation; they make one family, a people distinct from the world: of another spirit, principle, and practice; which they could never be, if they were not chosen in Christ to be such, and sanctified by his Spirit.

COMMENTARY!

If a man can take up the profession of Christ, and yet remain graceless, no other doctrine, no other means, can make him profitable. Our light must shine, by doing such good works as men may see. What is between God and our souls, must be kept to ourselves; but that which is of itself open to the sight of men, we must study to make suitable to our profession, and praiseworthy. We must aim at the glory of God.

OBSERVATION!

Recently I shared that we are able to minister to the deluded lost and enslaved without speaking! By demonstrating that we are distinct and not a part of the world nor belong to this world.

Those who might live and demonstrate the great truths and rules of the gospel, a heathen or unlearned person might become a convert to Christianity.

His conscience might be touched, the secrets of his heart might be revealed to him, and so he might be brought to confess his guilt and to own that God’s light was present through our present walk.

Scripture truth, plainly and duly abided by Psalms 91:14
[14]Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.  This scripture describes how Yeshua’s light being revealed. Has a wonderful power to awaken the conscience and touch the heart.

Let us be living epistles of Christ, known and read of all men, so that others may wish to go with us, and to have their portion with us in the realms of bliss.

CLOSING PRAYER!

Heavenly Father, hear this petition before your throne! Fill our souls by strengthening our discernment to know your word, Lord. Increase our knowledge and understanding  that we will present our walk as a guiding light shining forward, illuminating your gifts through your compassion and removing the darkness trapping the lost. This I pray in Yeshua’s name Amen and Amen.
