SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION!

Luke 8:23-24 KJV
But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. [24] And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.

COMMENTARY!

Daily, I receive the calls of many who are facing the storms of despair as they strive to fufill a calling which our Lord has placed upon them. In many cases, this calling is for the care of Orphans which commands deep discernment and fervent faith to be without despair and need.

Our Father has brought to me through the Holy Spirit a task to make these chosen ones aware of their connection and dependency on the world thus the despair and feeling of hopelessness that prevails throughout.

The parable the Lord desires I utilize would be that of the storm the disciples encountered as they crossed the sea. Luke 8:23-24 KJV
But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. [24] And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.

Those that put to sea in a calm, even at Christ’s word, must yet prepare for a storm, and for great peril in that storm. There is no relief for souls under a sense of guilt, and fear of wrath, now if you fail to go to Christ, and call him Master, and say, I am undone, if you do not assist me.

This is when Satan moves in with his lies that the world can help and turns the hearts of those to use human compassion and worldly wisdom. James 3:15-16 KJV
This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. [16] For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
Instead of heavenly wisdom and call out in prayer to Yeshua for intervention.

When these dangers are over, it becomes us to take to ourselves the ownership of our fears and to give Christ the glory of our deliverance. For here, we apply the sword to cut the cords, which binds fear to our soul. 2 Timothy 1:7 KJV
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

We may learn much out of this history, concerning the demonics function in our world; though not working now in the same manner as before, yet we must at all times carefully guard against this multitude of demons operating in our domain now, desiring our down fall. Ephesians 6:10-11
[10]Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
[11]Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

These demons have enmity to man and all his comforts. Those under the blood of Christ are led with the bands of love; James 3:17 KJV
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Those under the devil’s deceptions are furiously driven. Thus, we see the grounds for the turmoil, despair, and hopelessness operating with those who have bought into Satan’s lies the world will help. James 3:16 KJV

Oh, what a comfort to the believer, that all the powers of darkness are under the control of the Lord Jesus! It is a miracle of mercy these Demons Satan possesses are now brought to destruction and eternal ruin. We  know Christ will not stay with those who slight him; perhaps he may not return to them, Luke 13:25 KJV
When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
While others who stood fast on their faith and suffered the trials and tribulations while waiting for him, who are joyous to receive him.

James 3:16, these verses show the difference between men’s pretending to be wise and their being really so. He who thinks well, or he who talks well, is not wise in the sense of the Scripture if he does not live and act well. True wisdom may be known by the meekness of the spirit and temper.

Those who choose to follow their worldly compassion will live in malice, envy, contention, and confusion, and will be provoked and hurried to many evil works. Such wisdom comes not down from above but springs up from earthly principles, acts on earthly motives, and is intent on serving earthly purposes.

Here we see what our Lord was attempting to show the Ecclesia in this July 14th, 2023, posting “MANY WHO ARE SPIRITUAL LEADER’S DON’T REALIZE THEY ARE STEPPING AWAY FROM SERVING THEIR FLOCK BY USING  WORLDLY COMPASSION INSTEAD OF GODLY FAITH?”

My question to the Ecclesia! What demonstration are you presenting to your flock when you present the world’s definition of  comfort by reaching out for donations to sustain what is being perceived as the work of God.

Would those in your flock then wonder, does God not have the power to care for us as He claims too? You claim, by having faith you can move mountains! Then why do you turn to the mercy and compassion of those in the world to provide for my comfort?

Romans 2:21 NKJV
You, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal?

A believing, humble, thankful glorying in God is the root and sum of all religions. But proud, vain-glorious boasting in God, and in the outward profession of his name, is the root and sum of all hypocrisy.

Spiritual pride is the most dangerous of all kinds of pride. A great evil of the sins professors is the dishonor done to God and religion by their not living according to their profession.

Many despise their more ignorant neighbours who rest in a dead form of godliness; yet themselves trust in a form of knowledge, equally void of life and power, while some glory in the gospel, whose unholy lives dishonour God, and cause his name to be blasphemed.

Hypocrisy is wickedness, which God will judge. And it is too common for those who declare the Lord’s statutes to others, to live in disobedience to them themselves.

This delusion arises from the abuse of God’s long-suffering and a wilful mistake of his character and the intention of his gospel. The sins of sinners will be fully proved on them in the judgment of the great day. The day is coming when God will set their sins in order, sins of childhood and youth, of riper age and old age, to their everlasting shame and terror.

Let those hitherto forgetful of God, given up to wickedness, or in any way negligent of salvation, consider their urgent danger. The patience of the Lord is very great. It is the more wonderful because sinners make such ill use of it; but if they turn not, they shall be made to see their error when it is too late.

Pride was the darling, reigning sin of the Pharisees, the sin that most easily beset them, and which our Lord Jesus takes all occasions to speak against.

For him that is taught in the word to give respect to him that teaches, is commendable; but for him that teaches, to demand it, to be puffed up with it, is sinful. How much is all this against the spirit of Christianity! The consistent disciple of Christ is pained by being put into chief places.

But who that looks around on the visible church would think this was the spirit required? It is plain that some measure of this antichristian spirit prevails in every religious society and in every one of our hearts.

These last words come yo mind now when I receive requests with attached pictures of groups of children in multiple states of need. And then a scriptural quote attesting to my damnation if I don’t conform to these pitiful requests.

again question would not the children question if you must appeal to the world, and then God must not be able to do as he says?

Here is an important point in my life. If I let you know that I have no funds to send you as per your request once. And receive a second request using guilt supported by scripture and reply. I still have no funds to help only prayer. And then receive a third reply asking me for even $5. There are two things in my mind: one, you are calling me a liar! The second your claim to be helping the needy is aimed at helping only one needy person, YOU! Two things will occur on my site. First, I will pray for you to receive forgiveness. The second I will block you from my groups and site. My reasoning is based on your actions. You’re a thief and liar and need God’s intervention.
