QUESTION! WHY DID YESHUA FEED THOSE WHO FOLLOWED FOR THREE DAYS?

SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION!

Matthew 15:32 KJV
Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.

OBSERVATION!

I bring this information forward for all those who bend and twist scripture to suit their schemes for marketing the sorrows of Orphans, widows, and less fortunate under the guise it is being done in the name of Yeshua.

This information is offered for all to recognize why our prayers are so important as they reveal what Yeshua saw in the hearts of the multitudes who followed him.

He recognized they had no concern for their personal well-being as they followed for three days without provision for sustenance and, through his compassion, refused to send them away without feeding them.

It is here where our faith and prayer would be seen in the same light and raise Yeshua’s compassion for our plight as we, through prayer, would present our needs as did the devotion of the throngs did.

Whatever our case is, the only way to find ease and relief is to lay it at Christ’s feet, to submit it to him, and refer it to his disposal.

Those who would have spiritual healing from Christ must be ruled as he pleases. See what work sin has made; what various diseases human bodies are subject to.

Here were such diseases as fancy could neither guess the cause nor the cure of, yet these were subject to the command of Christ. The spiritual cures that Christ works are wonderful.

When blind souls are made to see by faith, the dumb to speak in prayer, the maimed, and the lame to walk in holy obedience, it is to be wondered at.

His power was also shown to the multitude, in the plentiful provision he made for them: the manner is much the same as before. All did eat and were filled. Those whom Christ feeds, he fills.

With Christ, there is bread enough, and to spare; supplies of grace for more than seek it, and for those that seek for more.

COMMENTARY!

The people followed Jesus, and though they came unseasonably, yet he gave them what they came for. He spake unto them of the kingdom of God. He healed those who had need of healing.

Daily I receive requests for funds I am unable to provide as the Lord has not made funds available for a reason.

If the task of bringing  those blinded by their human compassion; for me to provide information, for them to turn from dependency on the world instead of God.

Then providing them money instead of special prayer,  would be a counterproductive exercise.

Christ sent away the people. Though he had fed them twice, they must not look for miracles to find their daily bread. Let them go home to their callings and their own tables. Lord, increase our faith, and pardon our unbelief, teaching us to live upon thy fulness and bounty, for all things pertaining to this life, and that which is to come.

Our Lord Jesus encouraged the meanest to come to him for life and grace. Christ knows and considers our frames.

The bounty of Christ is always ready; to show that, he repeated this miracle. His favours are renewed, as our wants and necessities are. And those need not fear want, who have Christ to live upon by faith, and do so with thanksgiving.

Christ notices the frights of some and the toils of others of his disciples, and provides rest for those that are tired and refuge for those that are terrified.

The people sought the spiritual food of Christ’s word, and then he took care that they should not want bodily food. If Christ and his disciples put up with mean things, surely we may. This miracle shows that Christ came into the world, not only to restore, but to preserve and nourish spiritual life; in him, there is enough for all that come.

None are sent away from Christ empty, except those who come to him full of themselves.

Though Christ had bread enough at command, he teaches, not to waste any of God’s bounties, remembering how many are in want. We may, sometimes, need the fragments that we now throw away.

He will not see those that fear him and serve him faithfully, want any good thing. When we receive creature-comforts, we must acknowledge that we receive them from God, and that we are unworthy to receive them; that we owe them all, and all the comfort we have in them, to the mediation of Christ, by whom the curse is taken away.

The blessing of Christ will make a little into an abundance. He fills every hungry soul and abundantly satisfies it with the goodness of his house. Here were fragments taken up: in our Father’s house, there is bread enough, and to spare.

In our Father’s house, there is bread enough, and to spare.

Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa. And all of God’s children say Amen and Amen.
