SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION

Acts 26:17-18 KJV
Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, [18] To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

OUR PRAYER!

Heavenly Father our prayers are before your throne. Our petition is to grant us the same spirit of perseverance and determination as Psul received. Loose the Holy Spirits guidance and teachings unto us that we may reveal the same Heavenly knowledge and wisdom as Paul demonstrated.  Place within our soul and spirit your perseverance and determination to share your light into the darkness so those within may find the path out of their prison of sin and death. As our time is now being measured for your return, bring us strength to prevail over all of Satan’s temptations and deceptions. Deepen our well of living water that we may share more and more to those who thirst for Salvation. I pray this in your name, Yeshua. And all of God’s children say Amen and Amen

COMMENTARY!

What I am about to reveal in this posting is  our episode with Yeshua at the time of our Savation and rebirth, in doing so, Yeshua, was calling us, like Paul, to be fervent servants, as he was. Yeshua, you are making it clear the harvest is plentiful and we are one of your chosen to go out into the Den of Wolves and do the harvesting for our King of Kings.

Paul was made a Christian by Divine power; by a revelation of Christ both to him and in him; when in the full career of his sin. He was made a minister by Divine authority: the same Jesus who appeared to him in that glorious light ordered him to preach the gospel to the Gentiles.

Our world sits in darkness and must be enlightened; those within that darkness must be brought to know the things that belong to their everlasting peace, who are yet ignorant of them. A world that lies in wickedness must be sanctified and reformed; it is not enough for them to have their eyes opened, they must have their hearts renewed; not enough to be turned from darkness to light, but they must be turned from the power of Satan unto God.

All who are turned from sin to God are not only pardoned but have a grant of a rich inheritance. The forgiveness of sins makes way for this. None can be happy who are not holy; and to be saints in heaven, we must be first saints on earth. We are made holy, and saved by faith in Christ; by which we rely upon Christ as the Lord our Righteousness, and give up ourselves to him as the Lord our Ruler; by this we receive the remission of sins, the gift of the Holy Ghost, and eternal life.
