Matthew 8:26 KJV – And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
OUR PRAYER!
Heavenly Father, I am placing this appeal before your throne. Bring unto all a deep sense of peace. Loose calmness into the lives of all your children. Strengthen their faith and build a deeper sense of trust. Father, through our unwavering faith, we bow before your throne to place our sincere gratitude for all you have provided as sustenance for our families. We thank you, Lord, for deepening our faith and filling us with your wisdom to renounce the world. Bringing us the strength to demonstrate your love and compassion, that all might recognize your support. We ask you, Lord, for blessings to all who are doing your bidding in their walk of faith. This we pray in your name, Yeshua, and all the children of God said Amen, and Amen.
COMMENTARY!
Areas of the world are beginning to react to the grip, which evil is affecting the economies and individuals lives. In all of this upheaval God’s children must demonstrate their faith, in order to facilitate peace once again.
Those who are passing with Christ over the ocean of this world must expect storms. His human nature, like to ours in everything but sin, was wearied, and he slept at this time to try the faith of his disciples. They, in their fear, came to their Master. Thus is it in a soul; when lusts and temptations are swelling and raging, and God is, as it were, asleep to it, this brings it to the brink of despair.
Then it cries for a word from his mouth, Lord Jesus, keep not silence to me, or I am undone. Many that have true faith are weak in it. Christ’s disciples are apt to be disquieted with fears in a stormy day; to torment themselves that things are bad with them, and with dismal thoughts that they will be worse. Great storms of doubt and fear in the soul, under the power of the spirit of bondage, sometimes end in a wonderful calm, created, and spoken by the Spirit of adoption.
They were astonished. They never saw a storm so turned at once into a perfect calm. He that can do this can do anything, which encourages confidence and comfort in him, in the most stormy day, within or without, Isaiah 26:4.
The unchangeable promise and covenant of the Lord are the walls of the church of God. The gates of this city shall be open.
Let sinners then be encouraged to join the Lord. Thou wilt keep him in peace; in perfect peace, inward peace, outward peace, peace with God, peace of conscience, peace at all times, in all events. Trust in the Lord for that peace, that portion, which will be forever.
Whatever we trust to the world for, it will last only for a moment; but those who trust in God shall not only find in him, but shall receive from him, strength that will carry them to that blessedness which is for ever. Let us then acknowledge him in all our ways, and rely on him in all trials.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa. And all of God’s children say Amen and Amen.
