SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION
1 Corinthians 4:5 KJV
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
OUR PRAYER!
Heavenly Father, as we bow before your throne and lay our petitions before you, we ask you to hear our prayers. As our days become more treacherous and dangerous, we pray, Lord, for your guidance. We recognize that others who desire to harm or prevent us from doing your work do not accept you or your compassion, forgiveness, or love. We give praise Lord for the protection you place us under and acknowledge you alone are our helper and uphold our souls. We know Father you will reward evil unto our enemies cutting them off in your truth. We know Father it is You who will deliver us from all sin. This we give thanks for in the name of your Son, Yeshua, and all of God’s children said Amen, and Amen.
COMMENTARY!
Apostles were no more than servants of Christ, but they were not to be undervalued. They had a great trust and, for that reason, had an honorable office. Paul had a just concern for his own reputation, but he knew that he who chiefly aimed to please men would not prove himself a faithful servant of Christ.
It is a comfort that men are not to be our final judges. And it is not judging well of ourselves, or justifying ourselves, that will prove us safe and happy. Our own judgment is not to be depended upon as to our faithfulness, any more than our own works for our justification. There is a day coming that will bring men’s secret sins into open day and discover the secrets of their hearts. Then, every slandered believer will be justified, and every faithful servant is approved and rewarded. The word of God is the best rule by which to judge as to men. Pride commonly is at the bottom of quarrels. Self-conceit contributes to the undue esteem of our teachers, as well as of ourselves. We shall not be puffed up for one against another if we remember that all are instruments employed by God and endowed by him with various talents.
It would be well if the servants and ministers of Christ were as active and persevering in doing good, as his enemies in doing mischief. God will fight this last and decisive battle for his people, that the victory may be complete, and the glory be to himself.
After the events just foretold, the end will speedily come; and there is no mention of anything else, before the appearance of Christ to judge the world.
This will be the great day: the judge, the Lord Jesus Christ, will then put on majesty and terror. The persons to be judged are the dead, small, and great; young and old, low and high, poor and rich. None are so mean, but they have some talents to account for; and none so great, as to avoid having to account for them. Not only those alive at the coming of Christ, but all the dead.
There is a book of remembrance both for good and bad: and the book of the sinner’s conscience, though formerly secret, will then be opened. Every man will recollect all his past actions, though he had long forgotten many of them.
Another book shall be opened, the book of the Scriptures, the rule of life; it represents the Lord’s knowledge of his people, and his declaring their repentance, faith, and good works; showing the blessings of the new covenant. By their works, men shall be justified or condemned; he will try their principles by their practices. Those justified and acquitted by the gospel, shall be justified and acquitted by the Judge, and shall enter into eternal life, having nothing more to fear from death, or hell, or wicked men; for these are all destroyed together.
This is the second death; it is the final separation of sinners from God. Let it be our great concern to see whether our Bibles justify or condemn us now; for Christ will judge the secrets of all men according to the gospel. Who shall dwell with devouring flames?

Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa. And all of God’s children said Amen and Amen.
