SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION!

Ezekiel 33:7,9
[7]So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
[9]Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

COMMENTARY!

“WHY THE GROUPS!“

As the groups grow in numbers, it becomes important to understand the purpose and function of these groups and the postings.

All the work being put into the postings is under God’s one theme. Go through all the postings, and you will see what God’s theme is. It is to assess your walk daily and remove all your attachments and dependencies on the world, past and present, and begin your walk fully in faith and God’s promises.

“PURPOSE OF THE GROUPS!”

The work that I (Robert) as a servant am doing in obedience is as a Watchman over the flocks, and the postings are messages and warnings received through the Holy Spirit, which are given to reveal the shortfalls of those who are in the flocks.

These postings are given as spiritual information to encourage the Ecclesia to turn away from relying upon the world’s wisdom, luxuries, and comforts.

But to turn to God’s wisdom, guidance, comforts, and gifts to begin the full use and total reliance on them while completing your Pilgrimage.

This work began in 2011 through this call from God. “For all to return to living within God’s Grace and turning to and living in and with their faith, separated from the world in all ways.“

My mission as the Watchman is to reveal to the Ecclesia they are pilgrims passing through the world but are not citizens of it, as their citizenship is an eternal one obtained through God’s Grace and Yeshua’s sacrifice but not yet fulfilled. Thus, being born again spiritually and learning how to complete your journey to fulfillment of your new life with God and His Son Yeshua.

This mission provides information to those willingly leaving their worldly-mindedness, reassurances that God does and will provide luxuries and comforts equal to, if not more superior, which may seem of the world but creates no attachments to it.

The postings reveal events, temptations and  the many different ways Satan continously attacks each as individuals. These warnings identify the many diverse weaknesses that the Ecclesia are prone to, and possibly could, or have fallen victim to through Satan’s subtleness. 

It is with prayer and compassion these warnings are given as information to be discerned by the Ecclesia and dealt with according to your personal astuteness.

The warnings are not given as conviction nor damnation but to be an awareness, used as part of your personal choice on whether to be heeded or ignored by you.

The Watchman’s business is to warn sinners of future misery or danger. He must warn the wicked to turn from their way, that they may live. If souls perish through his neglect of duty, he brings guilt upon himself.

He reveals what those will answer for, who make excuses for sin (rationalize and justify), flatter sinners, and encourage them to believe they shall have peace, though they go on in sin. Reveal how men in their temporal are not wiser when dealing with their spiritual concerns.

“GOD’S AIM FOR THE GROUPS!”

Ezekiel 3:8-9
[8]Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.
[9]As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.

A Watchman receives the truths of God as the food for his soul and to feed upon them by faith, and he would be strengthened. Gracious souls can receive those truths of God with delight, which speak terror to the wicked.

A Watchman. must speak all that, and that only, which God spake to him. How can we better speak God’s mind than with his words? If disappointed as to his people, he must not be offended.

But the doom of those who receive the grace of God in vain, will be very fearful Those who despise the faithful ministers of Christ, who think meanly of them, and look scornfully upon them, will be reckoned as despisers of God and Christ.

A Watchman must leave this unto the Divine sovereignty, and say, Lord, thy judgments are a great deep. They will not regard the word of the Watchman, for they will not regard the rod of God.

Christ promises to strengthen him. He must continue earnest in preaching, whatever the success might be.

“HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY WALK IN GOD’S AIM SEPARATED FROM THE WORLD!”

The ministry of the gospel calls men to personally receive Christ as a Prince and a Saviour; and he will surely come in the power of his Spirit to all places whither he sends his faithful servant’s. The more simply dependent we are on the teaching, help, and blessing of the Son of God, the more we shall know both of the Father and of the Son; the more blessed we shall be in seeing the glory, and hearing the words of the Divine Saviour; and the more useful we shall be made in promoting his cause.

If we speak of eternal life and the way to it, in a careless manner, we take the name of God in vain. No one will ever love God and his neighbour with any measure of pure, spiritual love, who is not made a partaker of converting grace. But the proud heart of man strives hard against these convictions.

“EXPOSING THE FATE OF VAINITY!”

It is lamentable to observe how selfishness governs all ranks and how many excuses men will make to avoid trouble or expense in relieving others. But the true Christian has the law of love written in his heart. The Spirit of Christ dwells in him; Christ’s image is renewed in his soul.

Worldly business is a snare to us, when it hinders us from serving God, and getting good to our souls. What needless time is wasted, and expense often laid out, even in entertaining professors of the gospel!

The favour of God is needful to our happiness; the salvation of Christ is needful to our safety. Where this is attended to, all other things will be rightly pursued.
