How many think of this celebration as the Passover and the consequences this action implies to our spirituality? How many ascertain the Old Testament connection to our present-day journey to a promised Land?
What difference does it make if I celebrate it as Easter or as the Passover? Do they not both signify the crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection, and assencion of Yeshua. The answer is yes. However, there are two different purposes. One is to annually re-establish the position of deity.. The other is to honor the actions taken by our saviour as our living deity, the Son of God Yeshua.
When we celebrate this 2023 year old sacrifice we recognize it as a marvelous thing. Yeshua has been alive for 2023+ years since his death, resurrection, and ascension to sit alive at the right hand of Yahewa our heavenly Father. We say Hallelujah and give praise to Yahewa for sacrificing His Son 2023 years ago. So I today can be with them both eternally by recognizing Yeshua as my way back to eternal life with his Father Yahweh.
In comparison to celebrating this as a Christian festival known as Easter where the Christ is crucified annually buried and annually resurrected and annually ascended. All of these actions are done annually to reestablish the deity of this Lord in the eyes of those who follow.
The posing question from the scholars who advocate the Easter celebration is what is the significant difference between the celebrations? Do they not both exalt the crucifixion death resurrection and ascension of Jesus? The answer is yes they both do, however, the difference is the Passover celebration honours our Lord’s sacrifice once some 2023+ years as an example of our gift of eternal life. The key word is once not on an annual basis. The Passover celebration is about the eternal life available as a result.
A dear sister Melissa Brown expressed in this short Diddy what I believe exponds the definition of a Passover celebration.
Remember how I had stated before the importance of throwing down all man made traditions, along with the decades of wrong error that we have been taught; and looking solely at the truth and history of the scriptures?
This is another beautiful part of the resurrection that has been long lost by man stepping away from the Jewishness of our Lord and Savior, and embracing man made traditions.
John 20:1-8. When they found the tomb of Christ empty, the cloth that had covered his head was not lying with the other linen but was folded up and lying by itself.
Some of you, who have studied deep probably all ready know the significance of this, but for those who have not yet heard: It was Jewish custom at the time for the master to throw his napkin down when he was done eating. So the servants would know to clean the table. BUT if the napkin was folded, it meant that the master is going to return. Therefore, the servants would know to go about their duties preparing for their master to return to his seat.
In this Diddy our dear sister was expressing the actions of our Lord having once 2023 years ago traditionally signaled that being resurrected, (alive) he was going to return.
At this point I must state my position is not to disparage, offend, hurt or judge. However it is to inform for those with ears to hear and eyes to see to discern and decide what action you personally will take, keeping in mind Ezekiel 33:9 that the choice is yours and yours alone on how you will deal with th8s situation.
The Lord I follow doesn’t need to be reborn every year and crucified every year in order to be resurrected every year as he told me once his sacrifice was sufficient once when he declared as the Sacrificial Lamb “IT IS DONE!” Some 2023+ years ago and I believed him and am waiting for him. And on this day, I am here to raise my praise and hallelujah for the gift of eternal life offered through his sacrifice on the cross Blessings to all who have accepted that the blood of the Lamb has defeated death and we celebrate our Saviours example of eternal life. Thank you Yahewa for sacrificing Yeshua as that sacrificial Lamb 2023+ years ago.

Romans 10:10 NKJV
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa.
