I open this article with this challenge to all, whether a believer or non-believer. Show me proof that my following statements are untrue and do not describe the condition of today’s world socially and morally.
Please note that the following verses describe the current condition of our world’s social and moral structure, which is displayed as the benefits of relying on carnal knowledge and the current science. Unfortunately, this declaration includes a sector of today’s Ecclessia functioning in today’s Assemblies.
2 Timothy 3:1-7 KJV
This also know that in the last days perilous times shall come. [2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, [4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; [5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. [6] For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, [7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Many believe in their minds that they can blend carnal and spiritual wisdom and will remain protected and overcome all these temptations because of salvation. I call your attention to the battles addicts have because in their minds, they believe the same as these deluded do. Matthew 7:13 KJV
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
In the title, I suggest there are benefits for individuals using carnal knowledge and science as their personal guide through their lifes journey. As I researched the scriptures, it was becoming clear that the only one to benefit from this belief was the one desiring to steal your soul, Satan. I hear believers stating that to survive, they must trust in the science of the day. In this verse, it is possible to recognize what wisdom should be followed and who should be following it. Acts 4:13 KJV
Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
Two important points stand out in this verse. Those steeped deeply in carnal knowledge of their time identified Peter and John in their minds as ignorant and unlearned men. The second point, these carnal minded individuals marveled at the form of wisdom Peter and John demonstrated, acknowledging these men could only have this knowledge because they had been with Yeshua through their demonstration of a different form of understanding, knowledge and wisdom.
In researching scripture, we find why our times are perilous; on account of persecution from without, still more on account of corruption within. Men love to gratify their own lusts, more than to please God and do their duty.
When every man is eager for what he can get and anxious to keep what he has, this makes men dangerous to one another. When men do not fear God, they will not regard man. When children are disobedient to their parents, that makes the times perilous.
Men are unholy and without the fear of God because they are unthankful of the mercies of God. We abuse God’s gifts if we make them the food and fuel of our lusts. Times are perilous also, when parents are without natural affection to children. And when men have no rule over their own spirits but despise that which is good and to be honoured.
God is to be loved above all, but a carnal mind, full of enmity against him, prefers anything before him, especially carnal pleasure. A form of godliness is very different from the power; from such as are found to be hypocrites, real Christians must withdraw.
Such persons have been found within the outward church, in every place, and at all times. There ever have been artful men who, by pretenses and flatteries, creep into the favour and confidence of those who are too easy of belief, ignorant, and fanciful. All must be ever learning to know the Lord, but these follow every new notion, yet never seek the truth as it is in Jesus.
Titus 1:6
[6]If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
We see in the following verse how, as a servant and child of God to avoid reaping the fruits of carnal knowledge and the current science. Shameful actions, the reproach of heathens, should be far from Christians; falsehood and lying, envious craft and cruelty, brutal and sensual practices, and idleness and sloth, are sins condemned even by the light of nature.
But Christian meekness is as far from cowardly passing over sin and error as from anger and impatience. And though there may be national differences of character, yet the heart of man in every age and place is deceitful and desperately wicked. But the sharpest reproofs must aim at the good of the reproved; and soundness in the faith is most desirable and necessary.
To those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; they abuse and turn things lawful and good into sin. Many profess to know God, yet in their lives deny and reject him. See the miserable state of hypocrites, such as have a form of godliness, but are without the power; yet let us not be so ready to fix this charge on others, as careful that it does not apply to ourselves.
True believers, those who do not reap fruit from carnal knowledge or the current science but stand in faith and God’s promises have in every age the same religion as to substance. Their faith is unfeigned; it will stand the trial, and it dwells in them as a living principle. As seen in Matthew 17:20 KJV
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
In closing, I place this question to those who walk with one foot in science and carnal wisdom and one in religion. Are you the one Yeshua identified as the unbeliever in Matthew 17:20? As our times become more perilous, is it not time to know what benefits you are partaking of and which wisdom is bearing them.
Hebrews 12:1 KJV
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
And in doing so, willingly reach up and receive gladly that wisdom, which is described in James 3:17 KJV
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Wisdom, which raises me above the science and carnal wisdom of this world, which is identified 1 Corinthians 3:19 KJV
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. Perhaps the last line should be pondered deeply. I know where I place my faith and in what wisdom.
Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa.
